Redbus — Ticket cancel amount not refunded yet

I had cancelled the ticket booked on 12 April 2022 booked from Red Bus. Ticket Number: TR5B23814747 | PNR No:[protected]. Amount Rs.3390 deducted from my account. After cancellation refunded amount not yet get back to me
