Redbus — Ticket cancellation no refund yet from Redbus

June 11th Bangalore to konni :
G8 bus got cancelled from operator . G8 Express send me the information and refund will be initated . but Redbus did not refund the amount to my account .

June 18th Konni to bangalore
Since above trip was cancelled, the return ticket was also requested to be cancelled to G8 Express . the operator cancelled it and send information on cancellation . But redbus did not initate transfer of amount to my bank account.
