Redbus — ticket fare amount debited from my accounts ticket was not issued

With reference to the subject matter i had done ticket booking through red bus upi 2 times my account got debited ticket was not issued. It is a approved transactions amount was successfully credited to red bus axis bank a/c our bank was confirmed it is approved transaction. Details of the transaction and statement i have send through mail on 14.09.18
