[Resolved] Redbus — ticket not booked but amount deducted - not refunded till now almost 15 days completed | |||||
Hi team, I really frustrated with your service. I made two transactions on 23rd april 2019 for both the transactions 2000 inr (Each transaction 1000 inr) has been deducted but i didn't receive any ticket confirmation on both the transactions. For you reference find the attached snip with transaction id's (Igafzhfav3, igafzhcvda). Previously i reached your customer care team nearly 4 times. They responded as the problem with the payment bank. So i reach out to the bank (Sbi) they checked with you (Redbus) and responded on 3rd may 2019 as the problem with the merchant (Redbus) only. We didn't receive any refund amount from redbus. Finally, the deducted amount is with redbus only. Sbi shared reference id which shared by your team: [protected]. Don't know how it helps. Seriously poor service beyond imagination. I think this is what happens to over trusted customers. Please respond to this asap. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the refund status of your trip id[protected] &[protected]. I understand that this transaction failure and a delay in receiving the refund would have caused an inconvenience to you, and I am truly sorry. Due to a very rare technical error, when you attempted the transaction this amount was deducted from your account but, did not reflect in our account. Had we known about this, our teams would have tried reaching you promptly regarding the refund of this amount. Unfortunately, we only became aware of this when you lodged your complaint with us. We assure you that our technical team is constantly working with payment gateways to resolve such issues. The refund for your transaction has been initiated from our end on 15th May, to the mode of payment used by you. Basis the policy of your bank, the amount should reflect in your account within 7 business days. Details of the transaction are given below: • PO No. :[protected] &[protected] • Refunded Amount: Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 1000/- + Rs. 1000/-) • Refund Reference no.: [protected] & [protected] In case, you do not receive the amount within the designated time period, you can contact bank to know the status of your refund using the Refund Reference No. given above.
