Redbus — Ticket not booked transaction over form bank | |||
I booked two tickets through REDBUS.IN namely Belgaum to Shirdi dated 24.04.2015, ticket recieved & Shirdi To Ahmedabad, ticket not recieved but the transaction was over from my ICICI Credit Card with transaction authorization ID 694799(provided by ICICI) but the redbus people on contacting on there no[protected] are saying that the transaction is failed the amount will be deposited to your card account . Morever no one is responding on the phone I called many times later . It has been very painful the ICICI is saying The Transaction is complete while RED BUS is not Responding Please Help Me.
