Redbus — ticket cancellation 1 review India Aiswarya ganesh on mar 21, 2020 Submit a complaint I have booked a ticket in selva murugan travels for yesterday night trip starting from chennai to madurai 10:25pm due to personal reason i was unable to travel in that slot so i requested them at the earlirst i could do but redbus didnot allow me to cancel ticket and suggested me to talk with bus operators. I did the same but they are blaming redbus has to do on this.. I have spent 1600 rs on this. Please hele out to get my refund back Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Mar 22, 2020 Red Bus Customer Care's response Hi Aiswarya, Greetings from redBus! We did go through the complaint details connect on the registered contact number. We spoke to Gobinath and as informed on the call, we regret to inform that the cancellation policy had expired by the time the booking was made and hence, we are unable to process a refund for the booking. Adding to this, please be informed that the booking policies are duly mentioned on the website/App and you are requested to check for the same before you proceed with the payment confirmation. The cancellation/rescheduling policy is as per the operator's discretion. We hope this clarifies! Note: We never ask for UPI PIN or Account details over the phone. Please do not share the same. I am SHRIRAM LATE i was booked Bus ticket Google pay through Redbus on 16 March 2020.Amount 528 Transaction ID[protected] . But that ticket not booked and not refund my money i was call customer care [protected] but not resive my call.
Pls look into this matter.
