I had booked a ticket from your website on november 11, 2016, from guwahati to namsai with reference id[protected]. My payment was done but no call was received from your customer care regarding the confirmation. I had tried to contact you through your provided phone number but again no response was received. Why are you putting charges for the tickets you cannot provide? I want a refund for the same as soon as possible or get my ticket confirmed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
