[Resolved] Redbus — to get my money back | |||
I have booked three tickets from balaghat to bhopal on 07 march 2018, with the help of phonepe app. There We select redbus option for booking. But on the payment process throuth online banking is stoped in the middle. Seats are not book that time, then i call to customer care for conformation of tickets, (Plz find attached recordings) They told that deduction amount will be return in your bank account with in 7 to 14 days. So i will arrange tickets through offline mode. (Please find attached copy) But on the 10th march the application show me your tickets are conform and before that i am not receiving any tickets conformation message. So i cancled my tickets and please help me to get my money back, because its a technical fault through your side.
