[Resolved] Redbus — total amount not transferred

Bus operator cancelled the ticket and full refund was promised by bus operator and redbus customer care also. The promise amount for refund was rs 2325/- but the amount i got refund was rs 2096/-.
When i tried calling customer care they disconnected the call.
I tried many times to contact them but no response from their end
