[Resolved] Redbus — trip cancelled but ticket amount refused to be refunded | |||||
I have booked ticket in redbus portal on 4th may 2015, But the ticket got cancelled immediately(got the information through message and phone call). so I informed redbus call center and they promised me that amount will be refunded in few days, I waited patiently and even after repeated calls and followups no refund is issued. It is very disturbing that my hard earned money which is supposed to be refunded is getting denied for no reason. Even after customer service representative committing that it will be acted and I will be getting feedback or response with 48 hours, still no one responded to me on this. After multiple contacts each time they provide ticket no for lodging the complaint but never respond back to that. Case #RB[protected] ticket number with redbus. Was this information helpful? | |||||
