Redbus — Unsatisfactory service provided | |||||
As my railway tatkal ticket did not get confirmed till last minute, i had to travel from hyderabad to mumbai by other routes. It was unfortunate of me to trust redbus in such emergency situation and book a travel from hyderabad to mumbai at around 10.30am on 13th nov, 2016 for the bus traveling on the same day at 6 pm. I was at visakhapatnam then and had no clue of the hyderabad city about boarding points. I chose jntu-kbhp boarding point mentioned in the site and booked the ticket that expected me at the stop at 6.20pm. I took a flight from vishakhapattanam to hyderabad at 11.40am and landed at 2.20pm. As soon as i landed i called the office of redbus asking about details of the boarding point and the bus operator. The executives every time could give me one of two numbers for the bus operator which were invalid. Thinking i should boarding point on time i took pushpak bus from airport to jntu. There was absolutely no communication from redbus regarding the exact location of the bus and the appropriate number of the bus driver. I made more than 30 calls to red bus from 2.30 to 6.30pm just to get a proper number of the bus drier and bus number so that i can locate the bus correctly. All in vain, i got some eight numbers from themm which were useless. The svr travels that their ticket showed, when i called on their office number rejected of any such service to mumbai. Till 6.30pm, 10 minutes past my boarding time, i was unaware if i am standing at the right location as their were no travels halting at the stop which their gprs system told me to board at. I was standing at jntu-kbhp stop in from of manjeera mall and all alone, single lady in an unknown city, that too at 6.20 pm in dark on 13th november. Their bus tracking system also did not work.in spite of me requesting thousand times about bus and bus driver number they did not provide me the details. It was only after the bus driver called me to ask where i was i came to know the exact stop i should have been standing, which was sony electronics, allwyn, madinaguda which was another half an hr drive by auto for me from the point red bus had given me. The total incident has tortured me emotionally and financially and expect a good punishment to this fraud travel agency red bus. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have booked tickets on 16/10/2016 and 21/10/2016 the tickets was not booked due to transaction fail but RedBus charged totally 1950 but yet they didn't refunded their is no proper customer service
