Redbus — Wallet refund to bank not received | |||
Dear Sir, My name is santosh and my registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com . I booked a ticket in red bus and after that I cancelled the ticket but by mistake allowed the refund to be in my wallet account. After request, your support team agreed to transfer my wallet balance to my bank account and also collected all bank details and assured that the refund will be processed within 7 days, but it 12th day now and I have not yet received the money back to my bank account.
