[Resolved] Redbus — wrong traveller details | |||
Dear sir/maidam It is to inform you that i am acustomer of redbus services. I have booked a ticket on 07 feb from varanasi to lucknow by upsrtc and again i have booked a ticket for my daughter on 10 feb for 11 feb from allahabad to lucknow by upsrtc scheduled departure at 1330 hrs. When i received ticket it shows the name of my son as my daughter is traveling ankita pradhan, f-23. I have tried to contact with your customercare but they didn’t responded till now. I was booking a ticket from Kolkata to Durgapur for the date 5th Feb'19 via Red Bus app when suddenly the app hang and after the payment is complete it is showing that the ticket is booked from Durgapur to Kolkata. They have deducted 2081.75 rs for a wrong destination. Request you to refund the amount.
