Yesterday, on 13/4/20, in the evening, I had not received any information from the bus booked from your Red Bus Mahaveer Trawels and I had not left the bus if I missed my bus. Please return my payment to me.I book tickets through Red bus for many years. Immediatly I used to get a message on whatsapp, But this time no through whatsapp sms and no any information for me. and no sms about seat confirmation message. after leaving the bus, I have been very upset with my family.I was not getting any other trawal immediately and my reservation was not in the railway also. After being disturbed all night, I had to trawal from there on the second day. He also suffered a loss of 1 day in the job. so, please, Refund me my ticket full money.
