I had booked online full body checkup for my kid in Redcliffe Labs. The Technician visited my place and collected blood sample. He mentioned Urine Sample is also required. My kid had no urge to pee at that time so could not give Urine Sample, then he asked me to get another booking order for Urine Sample Collect. This was surprising for me as I was not informed about such policy or process. The Collector too updated me about this once I made payment. Upon contacting customer care they affirmed the same and asked me to book another booking for Urine Sample Collection and make payment. First of all they had not updated me that Urine Sample was also required. Secondly I had no clue of anything such to book another order for Urine Sample Collection.
