On 9th oh August 2023 I booked an appointment for my dad, i asked the person to book appointment for CA19.9 but he insisted that i should take advance cancer test so I agreed for the same, sample collection agent came and took the sample till that time everything was going good and both the guys told me that the report will take 24hrs to get ready but its almost 3 days and i got my few reports
But the main report which I want was CA19.9 was not yet delivered after making regular complaints they shared the report which was fully incorrect and CA19.9 levels are 15274 but we take this CA19.9 test every week and the highest value we got in 1 yr is 3500.
This company is fraud and i want to take action against them for giving us false reports and that to not on time, cancer is a serious health issue and they are taking it so lightly, please make sure to take strict action against redcliffe labs. Was this information helpful? |
