On 9th oh August 2023 I booked an appointment for my dad, i asked the person to book appointment for CA19.9 but he insisted that i should take advance cancer test so I agreed for the same, sample collection agent came and took the sample till that time everything was going good and both the guys told me that the report will take 24hrs to get ready but its almost 3 days and i got my few reports
But the main report which I want was CA19.9...

I had arranged blood sample collection for my pregnant wife and aged father in law. We were supposed to go and meet endocrinologist next day with reports. First day, the fasting blood booking was made for 5-6am. but nobody turned up and when I called them at 650am they said my locality comes under non serviceable area.
Next day I booked appointment for 5-6am. Their technician came at 6am but didnt turn up to collect PPBS. They were giving lame excuses like the assigned technician was not able to come as he was stuck up somwhere but in reality he was attending to others. Very pathetic and unprofessional staffs who do not value people's time and commitments.

They are harassing me ... When the technician was given an allotted time they didn't come nor anyone called and then they keep harassing for whole day . And the technician misbehave and says do whatever u can and the person called me and says to me to behave professionally when they them selves are again and again calling me continuously and harassing me[protected]. +[protected]

I had booked online full body checkup for my kid in Redcliffe Labs. The Technician visited my place and collected blood sample. He mentioned Urine Sample is also required. My kid had no urge to pee at that time so could not give Urine Sample, then he asked me to get another booking order for Urine Sample Collect. Redcliff labs are not good company to go ahead with when you are dealing with medical issues. They are not providing consultations of doctors which are in full body checkup package. They provided report and what we will infer from it if no consulation is provided.

They are corrupt. Even after several followps we didn't get the consultation.
They told that they will arrange it but after 3 days still it is not made.

I'm getting marketing calls each and every day by redcliffe labs i think i made a mistake by signing up on their app.

So, i request the redcliffe labs to unsubscribe and remove my contact no [protected] from their database as i'm no longer interested.

Your marketing calls are now harassing & torturing me.

This is the booking id. They have not made any refund as of now. its been more than 13 days now.

I made an online booking with them for 2 people n made the payment online. however the sample collector didnt come on time so we had to get the tests done from some other place and get this booking cancelled. ITs been since then (5th Aug) i have trying to get refund from them n they did everything that they asked me to do. i left them several emails and calls but they do not acknowledge the issue. they disconnect the call on my face, they pretend not to hear me, they make fake promises, they make me yell at top of my voice everytime i call them.

They are not at all empathetic and their service is really poor.

I have to pay the bills and yet i havent received my refund. im already in debt and their service is making me crazy. i have to pay late fees unnecesarily. pls look into it.

Hi, i request you to please take strict action against Redcliffe labs. They have the worst agents coming to collect samples since 3 days i am waiting they are not reverting about my tests when i called the agents put me on hold and i get no reverts. I have not got my reports from them neither any cash back. Kindly take strict action!

I have to get my urine sample tested.
It's 8.45 AM no one is there to collect my sample.
I called them before coming to the Hospital and they said you can come staff is available.
Very much disappointed with the irresponsible staff.

I had booked full body checkup with redcliff labs on 10th July 2022, and the home sample collected on 11th July at 8.00 AM.
At the time of booking the full body checkup plan over phone call, the executive said that sample collector will bring ice box and keep the blood sample in the icebox only . But he didn't bring that. He said he doesn't have the ice box.
I have recieved the report today evening i.e. 12th July 2022, and...

My blood sample was taken and i dint report for 7 days. And after i got the reports Redcliffe labs gave me someone else’s report just edited my name on it.
Redcliffe labs are playing with the health of the patient.
I have serious health issues and i dont have funds to get the report from somewhere else.
I haven’t received my original reports yet,
I have submitted the pictures of report which has been sent to me.
Please look into it

I was waiting from morning 10 AM but they did not came and lastly they did not respond my call. Only sending whatsapp that wait sir..i am coming. They just wasted my time. Atlst hospital and path lab should be serious but they are irresponsible. I would never recommend any one to book home collection from redcliffe. They dont care about patient.

Dear Sir,

On 7th July 2022, we approached one of your advisor for RTPCR to be done for Patient - Deeksha Srivastava. Executive by name Jitender visited the place at 1:30 PM for RTPCR testing. At 6 we got the report from Redcliffe through Watsapp and at 9 PM we received another report directly from Advisor name Sumit, Sector 62 Noida branch.

Both the reports shared with us were different and we are shocked to see this. We already consulted Doctor as soon as we received the first report and treatment started instantly however at 9 PM, we received different report. It seems data is manipulated and presented to customer especially at the time when patient is in critical condition. Need your urgent intervention and need immediate call from your side at [protected].

Worst experiences ever. they collected my sample immediately after booking and collected the amount. But, they didn't provide the report. After calling customer care for several times no action. Finally, after 5 days they have sent someone else's report. They are wasting our money and energy. After a lot clashes they gave the report. Now I have doubt if it is authentic....

The sample for full body checkup were collected under the confirmation id:873834 after the request for the same was posted at https://redcliffelabs.com.
However after a lapse of 36 hours no status about the test report was received. The company didn't even bother to inform about the progress. It was only when the company was contacted on whatsapp regarding the delay, that intimation regarding the sample being defective was received.
Disgusted with service and wastage of time thereof, we requested for refund and compensation for the waste of time, to which bank details were sought. Now having shared the bank details and again despite a lapse more than a day, no refund has been made.

Phebologist, Manjunath from redcliffe labs who came to collect my blood sample on June 22nd 2022 for post prandial made my arm red and blue and gave me lots of pain.

I booked my health checkup test with redcliffelabs and am worried about my report. The report was quite delay but after I called the call centre they resolved my querry on a first priortity....

One of the worst Services Ever. I've a booked a test and didn't get the reports waited till last 4 days.

Such a fraud

We had booked several tests through Redcliffe. The technician came on 31/5 . He collected the blood, urine and stool samples and we paid the amount of Rs. 3948/- CIN No. : U85100UP2021PTC140992. Sir my wife has given blood sample on 14/05/2022 and still today i:e21/05/2022 I'm waiting for my reports as I have mail to customer care but still no response... What should I do and whom to contact......

We have given the test sample and after that 2-3 people called for the same information collected during sample collection. They said that the report is ready and now they are saying it is in the process. They also shared a pdf yesterday which is again unable to open. Then how could one trust this kind of services and its report values?

I booked a test and the lab denied to collect the sample without informing. On connecting with customer care they rescheduled it and again no information about the same. Finally the customer care hung up on me after keeping me on hold.

My and my wife's test was done on 19th April and still i have not received my reports. I have been calling the customer care however there responses are vague. I have sent an email still there is no response. This company is cheating on consumers...

They provided the report & said will get doctor consultation within24 hours..but Its going to be 5 days & didn't get any doctor's callback from them...

Reports not received even after 48 hrs and no proper response

I registered 2 RTPCR tests with redcliffe labs and got them done on 6jan 11:00 am in Delhi. After specifically checking, i was told to wait for max 48 hours for results. I got 1 report and other is still pending after 53 hours. Instead of taking care of my covid impacted family, i have spent entire day chasing to get update but none of the employees had any answer. They keep transferring or disconnecting calls. One employee even shared false edited test report to stop me from calling as I could see the sample collection date, report date everything was for the date prior to when I even booked the test. I am still trying to call them but employees keep disconnecting the call
