Redcliffe Labs — Fraud in Not Providing Pathology Reports For Several Days

We had booked several tests through Redcliffe. The technician came on 31/5 . He collected the blood, urine and stool samples and we paid the amount of Rs. 3948/- CIN No. : U85100UP2021PTC140992. Another amount of Rs. 255/- was also paid separately for a stool test. Many of the reports have yet not been provided by Redcliffe. We have been talking daily with the support staff at[protected]. When we talk to the representatives they dont or cant tell us what has happened. This has been going on for days. The support staff do not help in any way. We asked for a refund for the amounts for which the test reports have not been provided. They cant answer. It seems to be a fraud by collecting money and not doing the tests. They have lost the samples or the tests havent been done. Worse it could be a fraud by collecting money and not doing the tests. This is suppossedly a US company and its quite amazing that such frauds are being perpetrated by a US company in India on Indians. Maybe a deeper investigation of the malpractices at Redcliffe Labs is necessary. The support staff seems to be well trained in giving evasive answers and not responding to customer requests and complaints.
