Worst experiences ever. they collected my sample immediately after booking and collected the amount. But, they didn't provide the report. After calling customer care for several times no action. Finally, after 5 days they have sent someone else's report. They are wasting our money and energy. After a lot clashes they gave the report. Now I have doubt if it is authentic.
