I had arranged blood sample collection for my pregnant wife and aged father in law. We were supposed to go and meet endocrinologist next day with reports. First day, the fasting blood booking was made for 5-6am. but nobody turned up and when I called them at 650am they said my locality comes under non serviceable area.
Next day I booked appointment for 5-6am. Their technician came at 6am but didnt turn up to collect PPBS. They were giving lame excuses like the assigned technician was not able to come as he was stuck up somwhere but in reality he was attending to others. Very pathetic and unprofessional staffs who do not value people's time and commitments. Was this information helpful? |
