I had booked full body checkup with redcliff labs on 10th July 2022, and the home sample collected on 11th July at 8.00 AM.
At the time of booking the full body checkup plan over phone call, the executive said that sample collector will bring ice box and keep the blood sample in the icebox only . But he didn't bring that. He said he doesn't have the ice box.
I have recieved the report today evening i.e. 12th July 2022, and sample recieved time on report is 06.11 PM on 11th july. Means after approx 10 hours my sample got received by the lab.
Till the time my samples were without the ice box and the sample collector put the sample with the other dozens of samples in a plastic box and kept in his bag. Very unprofessional behaviour.
Medical study says that blood sample has to process within 6 hours of collection and if the sample has to transport to another location, the blood sample has to be kept in ice box at the required temprature only.
But redcliff neglected all these fair practices. Which Means that all the readings are not on actual samples, they got tempered. Also some of the reports don't have the readings like heart report on page no 18 doesn't contains the readings? What kind of services are redcliffe providing?
This type of behavior in medical field comes under quite inhuman act and it's a joke on patient's condition. Was this information helpful? |
