I Purchased a HP Laptop bearing Serial No: 5CD3326S8Z and Date of Purchase: 7-September-2013 With reference to registration under HP’s Festive Offer and submission of claim documents for Additional 2 years Warranty Carepaq Certificate. I have been informed by e-mail dated 28 Oct that your redemption claim for Carepaq Certificate has been approved in HP’s system by HP Redemption Cell. On 18 Nov i got following e-mail... NOW I AM FACING FOLLOWING PROBLEM: IN SAID URL I TRIED MANY ATTEMPTS ON TAKE OUT THE PRINT / SHOW CERTIFICATE BUT N VAIN. HENCE IT IS REQUESTED THAT THE SAID CERTIFICATE TO BE MADE AVAILABLE TO ME
