I Purchased a HP Laptop bearing Serial No: 5CD3477PGO and Date of Purchase: 13 Jan 2014 With reference to registration under HP’s new year offer and submission of claim documents for Additional 2 years Warranty. I have been informed by e-mail dated 27 Jan that your redemption claim no 7279705. So I sent DD and other documents to HP Redemption Cell, Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt Ltd C/O Jeena & Company Pvt Ltd., E-5/B1 Mohan Co -operative Extn. Industrial Area, Mathura Road, Badarpur, New Delhi – 110044. but till now on claim status page it is showing remark Dear customer, we have received online registraion pls send complete claim documents as stated in terms & conditions to Redemption Cell within due date.
