[Resolved]  Rediff.com — Fake item received from Rediff Shopping

I had purchased a Sennheiser headphones CX 550 from Rediff.com on 21st Dec. Order number : 10934864. After receiving headphones, I found that these are not genuine Sennheiser headphones but poorly built fake copy. I lodged a complaint for the same with Rediff but they are not accepting returns, mentioning reason that it was mentioned on the website that "It is a replica". It is nowhere mentioned on the website that it is duplicate product. What is mentioned is "This is an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) product and not Company manufactured/packaged." After reading that it is OEM product, any customer will assume that it is manufactured by Sennheiser. This message is ambiguous and doesn't convey proper meaning. You are requested to intervene.
