I am a basic user of rediffmail . My id - [protected]@rediffmail.com
I recently received a very important email with a very important document attached to it. I am not able to download or open that attachment from my account. It is a very important document for me and I have missed it. Neither I am able to forward the mail to my other accounts so that I may read it from other accounts.
It is quite frustrating to see rediffmail...

i ordered creative ep-630 earphones from rediff.com website costing INR 600 on 22/7/2012. i received the product on 24th july 2012. but after sometime i found that the product was in poor quality so i returned the product back to the seller on 25/7/2012 through dtdc courier which reached the seller on 27/7/2012.rediff customer support said that the product will be delivered to me by 7-8 working days failing to which they told me that my money would be refunded within 7-8 working days. the refund action was taken on 6th september 2012. but till now i havent received my refunded amount yet nor i have received any courier amount . i have been continuously sending emails and contacting the rediff support but all my efforts are in vain. they do not reply me satisfactory emails and keep on saying to send an email telling the same problem again and again everytime i try to contact rediff customer care no. there no. is busy most of the time and after a very long wait they pickup the call. they keep on mentioning in the email that my money will be refunded in 2-3 working days but its been more than a month now and i have still not received my refund. i am frustrated sending emails, visiting bank again and again and calling customer care everyday.i have lost all my hopes now consumerdaddy is my only hope now. please take whatever action you can as soon as possible..my ORDER NO. of the product is 7273158.

    1**** whenever i send a mail to a recipient the "advertisement message is getting addded to my message", am really fed up with this inconvenience, Its my request as well kindy give me solution, I have attached screenshot of a mail, Am facing this issue since day1****

    2.Also i would like to say nowadays mail is bit slow .br...

    BerryNXT is cheat company.
    Rediff is another waste company that shattered by online purchase confidence.

    I ordered Samsung Note cover and Screen. I got a week after cover that was not what i asked.
    After sending screenshot, they asked me to mail them back, and sent a reverse pickup. After that more than 20 days over and despite multiple follow-ups emails, still nothing happened.

      I had ordered a HP COMPAQ PRESARIO V3500 SERIES ADAPTER CHARGER from Rediff Shopping's website. Its been 15 days now and it's still not delivered. I had also called up their representative but I didn't get any satisfactory reply. I have already paid for it and am now extremely concerned about its delivery. I didn't expect this kind off service from a reputed company like Rediff.

        'Placed two online orders with Rediff.com. reference no of the orders are 7369469 and 7369402. The orders were not delivered even after 15 days of waiting period. on contacting rediff.com was told that they have cancelled the orders and refunded the money. But when i checked my bank account, my money was not refunded.
        Continously sending mails to rediff.com but unable to get any reply and even they are refunding my money. Pls help me get my money back from such fraudulent site.

          I ordered htc 7 surround mobile via order 7323855 on rediff.com which was delivered to me on 17Aug 2012 via dtdc D09640829. From the day one i am facing trouble in the mobile phone. It keeps on restarting itself, internet and market place also having many errors in it. I dispatched it for replacement on my own expenses on 27 Aug 2012, but the same mobile with same errors was delivered to me on 7 Sept 2012 via aramex [protected]. Same day i called customer care they told me they will arrange reverse pick up same day, but none of them turned up till date.

          So, i am sending the mobile again on my expenses and requested them to return my money as i am facing lots of inconvinence because of this and by no way i have kept the mobile with me for 2 weeks. As i do not want to spend any more money in courier in returning the same mobile again and again as i already spent more than Rs. 400 on courier because of no service in my area.

          Now they are refusing to refund my money

          Sir,

          I ordered htc 7 Surround from rediff.com via order no 7323855. The mobile phone is not working properly from day one. I am complaining about the product to the company from day one. Problems in the mobile:-

          -it keeps on restarting itself
          -marketplace is not working
          -Internet Explorer is having many errors in it
          -I am unable to download anything in it
          -Neither do they send the bill instead of asking them 10 times

          They told me to send back the product and they will give me a replacement. I have sent the mobile phone twice on my own expenses but the same mobile phone having imei [protected] is sent back again and again without any replacement. Its been 40 days now i got the same phone again and again. Neither they replace the product nor they are ready to refund the money back.

            I ordered in August 2012 a Foldable & Portable Laptop Stand (GB000930) through Rediffmail Online Shopping. Ref Order No. 7346977. It was delivered to me through Blue Dart Courier Service by Gadget Bucket Online Marketing LLP, Mumbai on the evening of 26 August 2012. On opening the packing, I found that one of the four legs of the product (made of plastic) was broken. On the morning of 27 August, I lodged an e-mail complaint with Rediffmail Shopping for which I got a system-generated reply saying that I would be contacted by one of their Customer Care Executives within 2 working days. As no one called me, I sent an e-mail reminder 2 days later on 29 August. Once again I received only a system-generated reply with the same content as before. So I tried to call their Toll Free telephone No.[protected] countless number of times over a period of 3 days. I could not get beyond the Interactive Voice Response System. I could not talk to any human operator. Then I sent an e-mail on 02 September 2012 directly to the Gadget Bucket Online Marketing who delivered the item to me through Blue Dart. I got a reply asking me to send the defective item back to them for replacement. When I approached the Blue Dart office in Thiruvananthapuram, they told me that the shipping charge would be Rs. 700/-. (The price of the item was only Rs. 735/- ). Blue Dart told me that if Rediff Shopping instructs them, they would ship it freely and even collect the item from my home, because Reff Shopping has an account with Blue Dart. I conveyed the information to Gadget Bucket who told me that the shipping account is only between Rediff Shopping and Blue Dart, and Rediff should be approached to instruct Blue Dart for free shipping. Then 05 September I sent another detailed e-mail to Rediffmail stating that Gadget Bucket is willing to replace the item and I requested Rediff Shopping to instruct Blue Dart about free shipping. As usual I received the same system-generated e-mail response. I have not received any response from them so far. In summary, Rediff Shopping has steadily refused to reply me over e-mail or telephone. I strongly feel that I have been cheated by them. I wish to get a replacement item with free shipping or refund of Rs. 735/- which I paid as cash-on-delivery. Sincerely, P.               Hi,
              This is regarding rediffshopping deliverable ( Set of 3 Tshirts order no. 7353477)
              T-shirts are not same as they seems on your web-site.
              Colors,Pattern, size and Make all different.

              I sent several mails to Rediffshopping for correct order /Refund but they have not responded once.
              Customercare is even worst either they do not take calls or keep call on hold
              I am very disappointed with the pathetic rediffshopping.
              i want to take them to consumer court, plz suggest hw to proceed

                Order no. 7360310, product description: jabra hal bt650, bluetooth earphone

                the product was delivered last august 31 but I found out that it was a defective product. The sound is not that clear and it is not charging.
                I tried calling the rediff customer care nos. But the phone provided on the website are not working fine as there is no one picking up the call.
                I believe that there is only one or no customer care at all since if you dial a number, it will prompt you to the voice message. After the long wait, automatically, the phone will be hanged up.

                I emailed them my complaint twice, but nobody bothers to answer my mail. I feel cheated and it seems that this is a fraud site selling defective items.

                Though I am helpless, I keep on calling the customer care, and in one of my nth attempts, one guy responded and gave me the assurance that they will revert back to me asap. Until now, no words from anyone of them. Pls advise on how to get back my money or on how to replace this defective product.

                I ordered lots of products online and this is not the first time I encountered a defective item, but all of them provided a satisfactory service to their customers.

                I would like to file a complaint against the rediff company for selling defective products online. It was too late for me to check and see the negative comments about their site.

                I would appreciate if you can give me the idea on how to do the above.

                    I made a Rediff online shopping order and payment for 2 laptop bags, but received only one in the consignment. The invoice was however mentioning 2. I have returned the consignment to the TNT courier immediatey. I am not getting reply to my e mail complaint to Rediff nor any body attends their so called toll free no. [protected]. I have not seen such a worst customer service like this before.

                          wen i tried calling... it never connected.. and wen i called the contact number given in bill.. it said number not available... no response to mail too....

                            i did not use this account for couple of years. However, i urgently need some documents from this account.

                            I am not able to log in. I do not remember my password and the hint question "Mother's Maiden Name" is not accepting my mothers maiden name.

                              hi i am lovish bharat from jammu. i ordered a product at rediff.com. it was a galaxy s3 flip cover. its order number was 7252521. i received my product but it was broken. i sent that item back to its seller to gadget bucket shopping in mumbai and then a call received to me that my complained product has been received to the seller and now they said that ur money will be refunded through rediff.com. i started contacting to refiff.com but they didnot and are not responding to any of my emails and calls till now. i placed order there last month ago. now i want my money back that is Rs. 800 now. rediff.com said they want to see the shipment slip which i have returned them back but i gave them the airway bill number as i had misplaced and lost that shipment slip. so please help me. anyone ? please.

                                i have ordered a mobile phone in shopping.rediff.com .

                                this is my order id :7273998.

                                instead of the HTC mobile i got windows 7 mobile with out with out battery, sync c.d, head phone, warranty card

                                i have send it back to given address .

                                that was happened around 20days back .. till now i didnt get my product ..

                                but did not getting any response from them they are not lifting the phone..
                                please need help

                                  I had placed an order for LG Arena 900 8GB WiFi 3G3D interface mobile on[protected]vide order No. 7033124). .Accordingly on 17th of this month a nonfunctionable/disorder mobile set were delivered to me by their authorised courier Blue Dart. After so many writings they had ultimately ordered to replace the defective product, and ask me to send back the proudct . I did so on 3rd may'12 and they have paid the courier charges to me through bank pay order cheque. It is great unfortunate to me that they did not replaced the product or nor to refund back money till 16th July'12, inspite of several request. Ultimately on 17th July I have served a legal notice Mr. Baljeet, Customer service Executive,to pay compensation of Rs. 15999/-[ compensation of Rs. 10000/- for harassment, mental agoney breach of trust plus Rs. 5499/- for cost of product and Rs. 500/- towards other expenses] In the of justice it is , therefore, respectfully prayed that kindly be allowed the opposite party to pay the amount as described above within 30 days of the receipt of the ordered passed by the Hon'ble Authority. In this circumstances any other relief deemed fit in the merit of the case may kindly be also granted.With regards ,

                                    Hi, I have placed an order with rediff shopping in 9th of July 2012 and the order no. is 7237913. It is Nokia blue tooth headset BH 214. The product costs Rs. 899, shipping Rs. 70 and cash on delivery charges is 25. I paid Rs 994 in total. But they delivered the product on 20the July and it is duplicate. Then i spoke withe customer care and they promised me for refund and they ask me to return the product. Finally i have returned the product to the vendor. They also said that we will repay the courier charges you spend for returning the product. So totally i paid 150 for courier. Now I'm waiting for refund. I haven't receive any refund till date. Please help me with this.
