Rediff Shopping — Drill machine delivered to me defective

I purchased a drill machine with free scew driver set from rediff shopping it was delivered within 7 days, when I tried to start the m/c it was not getting started the screw driver set delivered to me was made of plastic which was useless, I sent at least 6 complaints to rediffshopping after 10 days I got a mail from themin which they asked me to return the product to suppliers address and it was written in mail that courier charges incurred by me will be refunded I sent the item back to seller now it is more than 1 month after I sent back the drill machine.The phone no of the seller given by rediff shopping is fake nobody lifts phone at that no .No body replies to the mail on rediffshopping and there is no phone no provided on rediff website for complaint I am now clueless what to be done next .

on Aug 1st i got reply from rediff to send my defective product to the seller, s address with 7working day. I have sent the parcel to seller by Aug 5th and the product has reached the seller successfully.
After that no reply from seller and Rediff. The parcel charge itself costs Rs:350 and rediff promised to pay the charge thro pay order. As of now no product with me. And i have paid for the product and the return parcel charge for nothing.

Rediff needs to be responsible and reply to my query ASAP.

Any please let me know how to make Rediff to reply for my complaints. Its been nearly a month after i return the defective product and waiting for their response either product replacement or money refund,
This is getting more worse without any communication from Rediff.

At last Rediff has agreed to pay the money back. but the parcel charge for the product return is not been refunded. Loss: Rs:350

Finally Issue is solved with all money refunded from Rediff including parcel charge for product return.

Have take New Mobile From rediff and there was problem so i had replaced it. have bear the courier charge - 300rs. there was problem in mobile so i replaced it and my new mobile have also came. New mobile also came but it has the same problem and also have no feature which are on its website. so i would like to refund you the mobile and want my money back. first send me money than i will send you the Mobile. i dont have trust on you because you still dont have send 300 rs of my courier charge. so please make it urgent.

i ordered a jacket in black colour but the one i received was of green colour nd the size is also not proper and also the quality of the jacket is not well.

Rediff on line shopping — Short supply

I have purcahsed a drill machine from rediff shopping.

The offer was a drill machine along with drill bits set and a tool kit.

However, the drill machine supplied was defective and drill bits set was not delivered. On contacting, rediff, they have passed on the details of vendor M/s Ojjas Enterprises and washed off their hands. Now, Ojjas Enterpirses is not even lifting phone when I am trying to contact them. Neither Rediff is doing anything inspite of many complaints.

BEWARE OF BOTH REDIFF AND OJJAS - THE CHEATERS.

I've ordered a"TOSHIKO SILVER TK-027 RECHARGEABLE SHAVER- Top Model" shaver kit. I prefered to pay it by cheque. I dispatched the cheque from my home near about 21st or 22nd of May 2009. But till now its June 6th 2009 I didn't received any item. Even the order status also shows that the order is awaiting for payment by cheque or DD. My order no. is 5377272. Rediff really provides very bad e-shopping experience.

I had booked a MP3 player from rediff shopping on 29/07/08 order no 4760681.They handed over to courier service on 31/07/08 consignment no a15160073.but the courier service first flight says we have delivered it on 29/07/08 in delhi but the address was of mumbai.The vendor dont picks up the phone & no replys on mails.

This is refrence to Order# 5401446 for the iteam "CANON Digital Camera - Powershot A470 + 1 GB SD Card+ Pouch"..The vendor Harpreet Singh makes lame excuses when contact..The website shows that the product is dispatched but i havent received it even after 15 days..Its been an emotional harrasment to me as well as financial.

I feel i have been cheated.An amount of 5870/- as been deducted but now i dont think i will get my product.Please help.
