I have placed an order for Notebook Security Lock on 8th July 2011 and made the payment thru my Credit Card the same day. While placing the order there wasno intimation that the product is out of stock, however after 2 weeks whne I check the details it states out of stock.

Through Rediff Deal Ho jaye on line offer, I had purchased a service order (No.6450612) for pest control in my house on Dr Sarup's Pest Control Pvt Ltd, Jamshedpur. The purchase date was 14th May 11 and the order is valid upto 10th Aug 11.

Either rediff or Dr Sarup's have any obligation to contact the customer and ensure execution of the order. Though it sounds funny, to an extent it is okay. But the best part...
