I have been using rediffmial for thye past 10 years . Of lately for the past three months it is not getting well connected. For instance today mroning I have tried ten times but am unable to log on. I ma currently based in UAE.

I ordered one relite mp3/mp4 player for me from rediff shopping. The product reached me in 3-4 days, but there was no manual and cd of player ,which they were going to provide. Further, in less than 2 days i found the product to be defective. I wrote many emails to rediif shopping support but no reply from them.It was around 1500 rs and i think i lost my money ,very bad experience ....

This is very bad experience to shop with re diff.com & no reply in spite of 5 reminders send to concern persons.
case : I had invested amount of Rs.319/- for 2 full shirts white L- 40 size. I had recd. my delivery on 19.03.2011 had paid amount of Rs.70/- for delivery charges.
After opening the packet sizes of shirt found are not matching...

In the month of December, I have given order for children play sccooter vide order no. 6318563 and paid the amount of Rs. 1774-00 through crossed cheque of State Bank of Hyderabad. After some time I received a mail from your shopping wingof rediffmail stating that my order no 6318563 was reversed and cancelled due to delivary issue, Further I was assured thyat the amount will be refunded to me by way of pay order. Last two days i am having difficulty in opening the mail, it's very slow. I am experiencing this first time in 15yrs.

I have a rediffmail account from last many years, i got very good experience but from last 4 month , i got problems many times in loging my rediffmail account, the error shows me that service is temporary not available, this is my company account, so, i need, again and again login in a day, i dont know where i have to do complaint so, i do at consumer complaint forum....

am unable to use online service to renew the account what is that? Please explain why this is showing error that I am not domin holder and I can't renew it Till date if you check record I do it online every year since the day I bought it..
It is really frustrating and worst company response I ever seen.
One suggestion to rediffmailpro company management they can start how to torture there loyal custmer without giving any...
