This is to inform that I had an email ID as amol.[protected]@rediffmail.com which has been hacked by someone. The hacker is sending emails to my contact persons which will certainly create problem for me. It will create more problem if it is used for any illegal activity.

The passward and personal information has been changed because of which I can not access the account.

Therefore I want to either retrieve the same account or to terminate it.

I ordered a Birthday cake on 28th Sep 2010 from www.rediff.com "Shopping" vide Order ID 6098082, to be delivered to my sister residing in Faridabad, Haryana today, 29th Sep 2010. The current time is 9:30PM IST and the cake has still not been delivered at my sister's address. I tried calling the Rediff.com Customer Care number [protected] Extn 333 several times through the day. However, nobody attended the calls. I also submitted an online request on the Rediff website for Customer Support. However, I have not receivedany response from the Rediff staff. There is a facility on the Rediff website to track the order status. It's currently showing "Awaiting Dispatch". Order No. 6031717 Dated 19.08.2010 has not been delivered even after several complaints. Also the money has not been credited in my credit card A/c. Courier Details showing in the Tracking Page is Invalid (TNT AWB NO.[protected] &[protected] Dated 21.08.2010. Kindly arrange to refund my money and take serious action.

Hi,

This is to inform that i didnt recieved any pay order from your end till date. As you can see that you sent this mail on 19th july, and informed me that rediff shopping issued my pay order form and i will recieved the courier within 15working days, but it more than 1month now. i called up your customer service care they are saying that our higher authority is looking after this matter we cant give any sort of information right now, Can you please tell me from where i can get a proper information weather i will get my refund back or not. 1st of all your product quality was so bad that i bound to sent it back to the vendor, and now you see for only Rs.519/- i have to make so many follow up with rediff everyday. After returning of the product rediff should send the pay order by 15 days then whats the problem,courier charges you had sent and what about the product amount, courier charges is hardly matter to any1, main one is product amount charges. I didnt recieve any mail from Mr.Amit Mali or rediff end regarding the courier details and not also a reply of my last mail. If your higher authority is looking after this matter then it should be proceed more quickly, neither it going to take 45days.

My order no. 6023890 for BAJAJ FOOD PROCESSOR has been approved on 16.08.2010 by Rediff Shopping but till now the product has not been dispatched from their side. while ordering the product online it was mentioned on website that the product will be delivered in 7- 10 days of order approval. today is 26.08.2010. who will give compensation for delayed delivery and why the status of the order has not been communicated via mail or sms ?

I have been a regular user of Rediffmail for past 10 years[[protected]@rediffmail.com]. This week,on accessing Rediffmail Home Page, I was asked to RESET my settings. This included answering a hint question, and ADDING ANOTHER HINT QUESTION [MY OWN]. I was unable to key in the text in the box provided for the latter, despite several attempts, hence gave up.

However, to my utter surprise, dismay and horror, I found that, when I tried to access my a/c, it said "Your login failed.This happens due to - Incorrect Username / Incorrect password.In case you have forgotten your password, click on forgot password on Rediff homepage. "

On following susequent instructions, I came to a DEAD END - THE SERVICE IS TEMPORARILY DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE ! I have been facing this ordeal for past 4 days, and have not been able to access imprtant correspondence.

What do I do ?

I HAD PURCHASED THROUGH REDIFF.COM ONLINE SHOPPING ONE NO. OF CALLER I D MULTI FUNCTION PHONE OF TOTAL COST RS.399.00. THE ORDER NO. WAS 6005388 AND WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 10 TH AUG 2010. IMMEDIATELY AFTER INSTALLATION I FOUND THAT THAT THE PHONE IS DEAD AND NOT FUNCTIONING. THE VENDOR FOR REDIFF WAS SHOPMART. INSPITE OF MY REPEATED COMPLAINTS INEITHER REDIFF.COM NOR SHOPMART ARE TAKING ACTION FOR REPLACEMENT/REFUND.

I AM HELPLESS.

I changed my pass word in my e-mail id and since then I am not able to open my e-mail with a/c [protected]@rediffmail.com.A number of complaints were filed with rediffmail but they only have a standard reply send electronically that my e-mail password has been sent to my alternate e-mail id. I replied every time that the new password is not working but of no use. People are treated like fools by these companies.They do not use human beings where application of mind is required. I could never have any thing do with them in future but what about my lost mails and correspondences?

Hi,

I need urgent help with me rediffmail email account login. My password seems to have gotten locked due to putting in the wrong password a couple of times. It is a very old account, hence I can not remember the answer's to the security questions. I do remember one of them - Q. Mother's maiden name - A. Bhattacharrya (although, I am not sure spelling I may have used at that time).

Can you please help me unlock my account and send me a new password ?
I really need to retrive my account as all my university emails come there.

earlier was able to snd msg to mobile from rediffbol sms service and ws getting the reply as well. but since one month or so sometimes msg can be sent (not to all mobile) but unable to receive reply though friends are saying tht they have replied to the rediffbol no. this problem has started since last month earlier was able to send and receive msgs. wht mght be the reason. has redifff bol stopped the facility of sending and receiving msgs. if so any alternative. pl help.
