I have ordered a GAP brand Shirt in blue & white stripes combination which was FULL SLEVES and i chose M medium size.
I was informed that the shirt is 100% A class Cotton & MRP is 2500.00 in market and it is on rediff for 449.00 rupees only.
I ordered 1 shirt by COD (cash on delivery)

Today i recieved the parcel from rediff (paid 524 ruppes as 75 rupees was of Cash on delivery)
when i opened it i found a Black Shirt with white Buttons, S small Size, & Synthetic Fabric..

I am cheated by rediff. they not only misguided me. but also used a misleading trade practice which is very unfair.

I dint got what i ordered for. Please suggest me how to get redresshal

Rediff Shopping — CHARGING HIGHER PRICE THAN PRINT PRICE

I have booked a book 'Guide to Indian Commodity Market" vide oreder Number :5475412.
I have recived the consigment today and found that the print price mentioned on the book is Rs 175/ where as they have mentioned the price in their site is Rs 275/(Zero delivery charge).

How can they charge a price which is higher than the print price.

Where in the normal outlets we are getting discounts on our purchase, here they are charging higher price than the normal price with the name of best price.
It a simple cheating to a regular buyer of rediff shopping like me.

So, I request you to refund the excess amount you have taken from me.

2.along with the "PACKET AND PACKAGING MATERIAL" and

3.even asked me to return it to the faud seller and thir after he will think whether its my fault or their

Now the question is who is the fraud and who are the determinators...

1. If by sending the watch via post ( even though by chance rediff shopping give me the postal charge and even by fag end of honesty send me my ordered watch will it absolve them of liabilities, no if you have committted a crime then you have to take punishment prescribed).

2. If i send the watch to the so called fraud star seller ojjas enter prise then how come rediff will be able to get the product, natural sense tells rediff will not get because it is meant for the seller (if as ex we take rediff a pillar of honesty)

But here rediff claims that they will get the watch by this way it turns and clarifies al doubt that REDIFF SHOPPING AND OJJAS ENTER PRISE ARE NOT DEIFFERENT PERSON BUT A SINGLE FRAUD-STAR, WHICH FOR LONG THEY ARE CLAIMING !!

REDIFF IS NOT A MERE LIABILITY FOR ABETMENT OF CRIME BUT HE IS PARTY TO ITMAY BE ONE AMONG THE FRAUD-STAR (IF NOT ONLY)

Dear Sir, my rediffmail account has been locked by rediff administrator since last 4/5 days. They say due to spam mail from my mail box they have locked my email for security reasons. Since then I have made several requesats to re-lock my account by email to the administrator since my all email ids are there and can not contact any body .
