My email is is [protected]@rediffmail.com.

I am constantly getting #5001 error and am unable to login to my account. After having written several times to rediff support, there seems to be no resolve on my issue .

Could you please resolve this or help me with a recourse ?...

This is Anubha Gupta, founder of a start up- A.K. Smartshala .We bought our domain from MR. Vishal Rastogi, vision software on[protected] under domain name www.aksmartshala.com but now we want domain transfer from him as our new website is going to be live and when we ask him for domain transfer we got to know that sir has taken the domain under his own name which is in itself a complete breach of trust and also not providing the domain rights to us to transfer it on another server. Furthermore, since last one week he has been making excuses and false claims that Rediff is not providing auth code to him. After much persuasion, he agreed to write to Rediff for the same. But now we got to know that he is sending mail on a wrong Rediff account and asking us to wait for auth code that clearly shows his intentions and problems he is creating for us. As a brand, we are having a lot of mental harassment and loss of business because of Mr Rastogi. Rediff is a brand we trust and I hope strict action will be taken against him for the same.

My rediff account is hacked and the hacker had changed all the information and security question.

my phone no., alternate email id, and security question are changed. because of this my facebook acount also got hacked pls help me recover my account as soon as possible.

Hello. I got a random message over whatsapp that my rediffmail email id i.e. [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked. The security email id and numbers have also been changed. All linked accounts aren't accessible either.

My father is a businessman and is reliable on rediffmail for all the business work. From a few days the account is not working properly. I cannot see the attached files nor download the files . The mail id is [protected]@gmail.com I request the company to resolve this issue as soon as possible;

I am using rediffmail id for nearly 12 years. i.e. [protected]@rediffmail.com.

Since a day I was trying to log on to my Rediffmail Account but I couldn't. I tried to recover my account, I found that I was unable to access my account. I also found that the, phone number, and email Id have been changed in the recovery option by the hackers. Kindly suggest me or resolve my problem.

We are having e-mail account with rediffmail.com. We are receiving unwanted & unnecessary mails sent by Online Manipal to our e-mail almost three to four times in a day. We have already blocked the above said mail ID in the rediff.com settings but even then the e-mails have not been blocked by your website. Please look into the matter and block online manipal from sending any further e-mails to us.
Also please check @your end that e-mails o[censored]nnecessary parties are not sent to your users. our e-mail [protected]@REDIFFMAIL.COM

I have given necessary intimation to Cyber Crime Police Station, Purulia on 30.10.2021. Many important matters have been disclosed and in my name many messages are going to my known persons with the intention of collecting money or for any other purpose. A fake Email Id. has been created in my account which is "pradip57.[protected]@outlook.com". I earnestly request you to kindly make necessary arrangement so that my original Email Id. "pradip57.[protected]@rediffmail.com" is recovered and I may continue my all works with full trust on rediffmail. Please delete also the fake Email Id. "pradip57.[protected]@outlook.com". I created the account before 2010 [protected]@rediffmail.com, last used in 2019, now I can this account is alloted some one in Vietnam, he has canged my recovery details, kindly recorver my account, I have attched a mail.
