First time ever ordered from Rediff Shopping. I ordered a Xinjia (Model Number:XJ-759LB ) LCD Multifunction Watch with Seven-color Backlight and TPU Resin Strap as displayed on Rediff Shopping (screen shot image - http://img41.imagevenue.com/img.php?image=58060_Screen_shot_of_Rediff_Shopping_webpage_122_89lo.JPG) on 14 Jan 2010.

Seller is named as '99 Store', but name is 'Ojjas Enterprises Amazon' in...

I did shopping on Rediff. The item clearly mentioned buy 50 DVD and get other 50 free. Infact when i clicked on details it clearly mentioned that the item includes100 DVD. But when i got the delivery there were only 50 DVD, I have no idea what about the other 50 DVD. I feel cheated, i have already sent a mail to rediff shopping but i am sure they would not help, so launching a complaint asap so that i can get refund or the other 50 DVD....

My rediffmail account [protected]@rediffmail.com had been hacked and the hacker has been sending e-mails with malicious content to e-mail Ids in my contact list. Since the security questions are also changed by the hacker, I can't do anything to stop. Also rediffmail is not providing any solution to this problem faced by many rediffmail users. What I received in courier yesterday is a completely different type of MP3 player than what is shown in the photo.

I am not satisfied with taken action from your side as well as given product

your team is taken so much time to resolve the query while i received the product on 20 Nov 09 which is not slimier as it shown on your site
and now your team is saying"the vendor will not be able to entertain your query if the warranty gets lapsed."

Dear Sir,

I had purchase 8 GB spy pen camera ,money has debited form my saving account but vender has send to me defected 4 GB spy pen camera .I have returned defected Item to vender as per rediff customer care guidance but so many days passed there is no response form rediff customer care.

I have kept a folder for important mails in my mailbox. All the mails that are lying in this folder are now empty without the sender or recipients ids and their time stamp has changed to Jan 1, 1970....
