I have kept a folder for important mails in my mailbox. All the mails that are lying in this folder are now empty without the sender or recipients ids and their time stamp has changed to Jan 1, 1970.

I ordered on Shoppingmantra Enterprises online through Rediff Shopping vide order no. 5629027 on 15 Oct '09. 'Track my order' shows shipment delivered on 22 Oct '09. On that day there was no one at home to receive the shipment. The shipment no. of Aramex courier shown by 'Track my order' page is not recognized by Aramex's 'Track your shipment' page.
Rediff shopping was intimated several times by email. But they also have not taken any action.
I am beginning to feel even Rediff Shopping is as much responsible as the vendor here.
All online buyers, BEWARE! Be careful while ordering anything from Rediff Shopping.

sir,

after receiving a mail, the same gets automatically deleted within 24 hours weather read or not. this means that at any point of time the emails in my inbox are only those that have been received in the last 24 hours. the dissapeared mails do not appear in the thrash or deleted mail box. pls tell me how to rectify.

i have also installed incredimail. the mails are all availabe in the inbox for the same i.d. if accessed through incredimail.

that means accessing inbox thru rediffmail the inbox shows only most recent past 24 hrs mails. whereas the same inbox thru incredimail shows all mails that i have not deleted.

pls advise

Pls note I ordered a 13 mm drill machine order no 5593258 from rediff shopping on 19th september 09 , At the time of booking the vendor whic I have seen in adv was e- commerce but the while order processing it was revert to DAL COMPUTERS , Finally when I got the product I came to see that the item is defective And looks to be picked up from a dumping yard, ok When i complaign to the vendor there is no response but rediff customer care is asking to send back the product to the vendor through courier , You think Is it wise to spent more over much for this product . Is there any guarenty that I will get back the product from the vendor who will be responsible for this , please ask rediff shoping not entertain such vendors

Since about 15 days I am unable to login to my mail account [protected]@rediffmail.com. Someone has hacked my password and also reset the security questions so I am unable to recover my password. On the rediffmail site, in the feedback option, i had submitted the complaint but I never received any reply from the administrator. Any one Please help as i am using this mail id for last 5-6 years and i have distributed my mail id to all of my circle.

i purchased 2 gift items vide order no 5616903 worth Rs 2000. the product has not been delivered till date. the website shows no status on one of the products and second one shows delivered.

when i make complaints on their website (i have registered thrice), no one responds. When i call their call center no, a person by the name Aalam says he is order section, cannot transfer call to any senior, or complaints department and neither can he do anything more than providing the same status, which is anyways faulty.

The customer complaint has no direct contact number, which is hard to believe as even my maid and driver have direct numbers.

I am putting this complaint so that their irresponsible behaviour amounting to FRAUD doesn't go un noticed.

Since last night I am not able to sign into rediff bol. It was working fine till yesterday; but suddenly started seeing this issue. I always get the error: "We are unable to sign you in; please try after some time. [E102]".

i am not able to sign in.. even though i am able to connect.. please restify the problem

On Rediff website they decleared that this item will deliver in 3 working days. over e-mail they given the confirmation that we approved you product order no.5589870 and it wiil deliver within 3-6 working days. they aslo given number of vender name Gurpreet singh mob. no.[protected] which he never pick his phone. From the first day i am contineously contacting customer care and calling on the number given above but still no any reply received from rediff.com. I ordered one iPod leather case from rediff shopping and money was paid in advanced.

They delivered the wrong product that too one completely brocken mp4 player in bad state.

Something need to be done to stop them from cheating the costomer like this. There are plenty of complaint like this in this forum for rediff but they dont care at all.

They wont respnd to mails and if you contact them via phone then they will say that they will be only sending the mail.

I ordered (Order# 5555572) at Rediff Shopping online a "Ladies Jewel Designer Watch Model Blanc !! With One Year Warranty !!" on 25th August 2009, worth Rs. 199. Also Paid Shipping and handling charges Rs.35. I paid the amount through a Rediff Gift Voucher. I received a mail from rediff abt the dispatch, but till date there is no delivery. But the status on rediff web page shows its delivered on Aug 31, 2009. I called up Rediff customer care and informed them about this on 2nd Sep, 2009. Meanwhile, I got the details of the vendor from Rediff and I am not able to reach the him (V K Gulati - Hyderabad Pearls) on his mobile number. And the consignment no ([protected]) of Aramex provided by rediff is also fake.

On 3rd Sep, 2009, I got a call from Dimple Dongre, Customer Care and she informed that my order stands canceled, as rediff could not verify the vendor and she said she will reactivate my gift voucher with order value immediately. I went to shopping.rediff.com again and was trying to place a new order and found that my gift voucher certificate is not been reactivated. I called up rediff customer care again and I've been asked wait for another one hour for the Gift voucher to be reactivated. After one hour, I found that voucher is not being reactivated. I called up Rediff customer care again and was told by one Mr. Vinesh, that it will be activated by 7 PM (of 4th Sep, 2009). I tried to place the order again by 8 PM and still founded that the Gift Voucher is not being activated. When I tried to call the customer care this time, I came to know that the rediff personal helpline can be accessed only from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Next morning (i.,e 5th Sep 2009), I tried to place the order again around 11 AM, and still the gift voucher is not being updated. When I called up Customer Care this time, I spoke to Mr. Vinesh again and one of his superiors and I have been asked to wait for another hour. Its not yet updated now.

Pls look into the details. I will be grateful to you.

I unfortunately purchased 16 Designer 22kt Gold Plated Kadas/bangles from rediff with my order id:5555847. The customer care executive called me and confirmed me about the my order and I got the mail regarding the order has been approved. They were sending that by aramax courier. The Consignment no is: [protected]. While searching the order status in the courier, Its saying that consignment nto found. Finally on 31stAug2009 I raised my concern about my item I purchase to rediff customer care. Today I got one mail stating that the courier has confirmed them that I have received my order Where as I didnt get any call even for that.
