There are many people with the same problem I cannot acces my rediffmail account either. I have send a feedback to Rediff.com. But still no reaction. It seems that Rediffmail.com has a big problem.

I purchased a Mp3 player from rediff shopping .com of Rs. 700 , but when i received the product it was totally different from the product which was diplayed and which i ordered. There was a free gift i.e. free headphone but that also i didn't receive. I complained them twice but they didn't contact us.

1) I received the order on delayed basis.

2) the product is totally different.

3) free gift also not given

4) tried to contact but no response

i have ordered nokia high definition headset, but when i opened the courier the headphones are broken and not original,
they charjed me rs 780, rediff shopping is totally a fraud, it is a group of some fraud people, so please take some serious action against them and i want my money back.

Yes I absolutely agree with both Mr. Subbu & Dr. Madhav Rao. Rediff is playing this cheap tricks. I have placed an order for a USB IrDA on 20th Oct 2010, thinking that the same will be delivered in 3 days (as per their website http://shopping.rediff.com/product/usb-Irda) the nightmare started from then I only receive mails but no the product. To my surprise the Customer Care exec. says that it will normally take 7 to 10 for the product to reach me. Rediff is in Mumbai, AL Systems & Solutions in Delhi & I am in Hyderabad all metro cities & the product gets delivered in 7 to 10 days.

rediff only takes money online & after that no 1 help us, they only ask us to send a mail to customer care & it will take 2 working days for them to reply for the mail, forget about solving the issue you will only go into loop of mailing & calling.

Rediff Shopping & Al Systems & Solutions — Delivery of wrong product

I had placed an order for one 3.5 USB IDE Hard Disk Drive Case Casing PATA through Rediff Shopping vide order # 6451572 dt. 15.05.2011, which I have received from the supplier Al Systems & Solutions through Blue Dart (Cong. # [protected]). But unfortunately they had not supplied the Power Adapter for the same within the box. After many persuasion and emails to both of them, Al Systems & Solutions had sent an adapter on 24.05.2011. But the Case Casings voltage pin connections were different than that of the adapter. Actually, the adapter supplied later was a wrong adapter. There was a voltage pin diagram on the casing of the adapter but on the casing of the HDD, there was no such diagram or details. So primarily I was unable to notice that the adapter was not suitable for that HDD Casing. When I had connected the adapter to HDD casing and powered on, both the adapter & casing suddenly got tremendously hot and all had burnt out inside including my HDD. Then I had opened the pcb of the case casing & the adapter and noticed the mismatch of the voltage pin connections. Al Systems & Solutions, who are selling computer peripherals, and also Rediff Shopping, both are reluctantly deals with the customers complaints and send whatever they have in their stock intentionally, as because they get the money before the supply. I have lost Rs. 637/- being payment made to Rediff Shopping and also a good HDD of mine. Please be careful dealing with them.

I have ordered the t-shirt Harriton from krazee deals. I have ordered 2XL but i received 4XL. Tell me what is this. Second time i m facing this issue.
