GULATI Aramex [protected][protected] but i have been supplied some other watch for which i havenot applied and they have taken the money(rs.454) also. i have chosen watch online and applied for it but they have cheated me by giving some different watch.

Hi my name is Krunal joshi and i stay in Pune city. I have purchased Portable DVD player from Rediff shopping and it was an online transaction. It was COD it means Cash on delivery and my order number was 5038975. They sent the product via Aramex courier and I received the product on 01/12/08 and i paid the cash to the courier guy and when I opened the product and when I was cheking the product, It was a complete faulty producty. None of the CDs, DVDs or any kind of CD is working in the player, It has USB and memory card function but when I tried to connect the Pen drive it states cannot read and also the memory card function and the remote control is not working. Even the cable pin was broken when it came. And this was my 1st and the last rediff experience. I will never ever purchase any product from Rediff shopping. I did a complaint regarding the same product to Rediff and I have sent them a mail and still I haven't received any response or any reply. So guys take care.

I bought a camera worth 10000 from the same vendor, the product was approved on 22 oct, today i recieve a mail stating that the delivry is delayed by 4 days, there phone number is always bysy(247), they do not respondto the email. it seems they are a fraud company. i will wait for another 4 days if nothing works out i am going to the consumer court, they have deducted the money from my cc as well.

same with you dayanandanmk as long as your answer is not true to your hint question. it is very easy to hack into your email. Just go to Rediff and use forgot password facility and bang your answers are tooooooo easy to guess. have happy and safe surfing now change your hint questions and other personal details guys. I am just amateur in this field

It seems that my account has been hacked and password and all the security answers have been changed. My password is not working today while it was working fine a few days back. I used my rediff account viz. [protected]@rediffmail.com till 10 pm last night. I logged out & logged into another rediff account viz. [protected]@rediffmail.com. I had same problem in my id. But i got sollution. Solution is just change ur chat name. Then after signout and sign in with online status. You will get aad request. Just block all request one bye one. This is only solution i think so. If any other have others dan please give his feedback.

You are unable to stop addvertising spammers in rediffbol messenger. They are using different software to spamming into the chat room. These people are useless, i too had ordered a watch, it cost 400 rs and when i received the watch it did not worth 100 rs.when i asked about the procedure they dont even answer.
The watch i received was not running and none of the buttons working, there were scratches on the watch, seemed they tried to repair it or atleast they tried to repair it but it was not repaired and shipped as it is.

i am swapna, and my email Id is [protected]@rediffmail.com.I have been using Rediff since 10 years and i am happy with the way rediif is shaping up and the service provided.

Since a month, i am unable to login and it says the password is wrong, when i have been using the same password since 10years how can it say it has een not workinf.I have created this account 10 years back and i am unable to recall the hint answers given while creatign this Id.

Rediffmail login is taking lot of time and some time it does not open at all this problem is from last 25-35 days for me we have received some message from rediff saying that it is under upgradtion process,but we are in problem and plz help us in getting it as earlier we are getting the service non stop.

This is annoying !!!
I use this as my personal mail account and it has troubled me a lot in past 1 month.
I am thinking of moving to gmail or yahoo instead.
