As you go through the order, it was placed on 23rd / 08/2008 with a delivery date of 27th Aug which gives almost 11 days of advanced notice.( Am sure the stocks should not have gone exhausted overnight ) and myself or my mail id should have been intimated in well advanced instead of me doing followups once it has gone beyond the delivery date.

I bought one Branded watch from the Rediff Shopping website online.
After receiving the product(watch) I found its not the one which I bought online. It was a different piece(a different model) with no resembel with the watch shown on website.
When I mailed them I received a system generated reply mail that they will reply back in 2 working days, but they never came back to solve the problem.

I had ordered for a Rakhi online for delivery to my brother in USA vide order number 4789193 on 08Aug08. I was assured that all orders submitted before 10Aug08 will be delivered by 16Aug08 (rakshabandan day).

However the order is not yet delivered. The status shows despatch pending, which means they have not even despatched the rakhi yet. However my payment has been charged to my credit card on 08Aug08 itself.

I pay the bill by my credit card. but yet i am not getting my order no 4742354. In the email received from rediffshopping they said that payment aproved & my order has been dispatched on 22/8/08 by TNTcourier. after enquiry i found that no consignment travelled under this no. Since last night I am not able to sign into rediff bol. It was working fine till yesterday; but suddenly started seeing this issue. I always get the error: "We are unable to sign you in; please try after some time. [E102]".

I booked the mobile thinking it to be of Sagem, but on delivery the mobile was found to be a cheap china handset w/o any company name or marking. THIS IS REALLY AN EXAMPLE OF PATHETIC CUTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY SHOWCASE FROM REDIFF.. I HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS FROM THE LAST SO MANY DAYS AND THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR THEIR END. i am not be able to signin to rediffbol till last 3 months. it shows error (E 111) & i could't see my offline messages too. their is no solution from rediffbol customer care. please help to solve my problem as soon as possible......

I am very angry about the current issue I had with the rediff customer care. I have ordered a book, and as the description was not clear, I couldn't make out bout the book. So I ordered and after receving I found that the book is not usefull for me. After that I contacted to cutomer care, they talked with me very badlly, and said we can't do anything for it.
