My email id is "smriti.[protected]@rediffmail.com". today afternoon my email id has been hacked and all the security questions as well as alternate email id"nitinmall.[protected]@gmail.com" & phone no. has been changed by the hacker.
also it started sending random messages to all of my contacts.
This is my official id and all the contacts are very important for me. please help to retreive back to me.
Rediff.com India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by smriti.mall7 Still my email id has not been accessible. please update me on my alternate email id "smriti.[protected]@gmail.com" or contact me at mob # [protected].
please resolve my issue on an ASAP basis.

While trying to login my id through forgot password i found that the number registered with the email is of some other country as the code was +234.

I am sharing the screen shots please find it as attachement.

Also i want to mention that this is my professional email id, and very important contacts and mails are there in this email id.

      My rediffmail account [protected]@rediffmail.com is hacked and the hacker is using my email to contact the people I know and is asking for money. It’s been a huge problem which I couldn’t find away to retrieve my account as he changed my phone no., alternate email id, and security question. Please help me to recover my account as soon as possible.

        For the past 4 to 5 days I am trying to login to my email but it is giving me an error prompt saying wrong username and password combination. I tried to open it by giving FORGOT PASSWORD but there it is showing an email-id a******************[protected]@yahoo.com which is not all my alternate email-id and for your kind information I have never set such an alternate email-id. Please do consider this issue as it is my only official email-id for all my communications. Please do solve this issue at the earliest and do take proper action against the hacker.

          My Facebook account was hacked on 18th June, 21 and yesterday when i was trying to login to my rediff account, I could not assess the same as my rediff account was also hacked since yesterday. The hacker has changed my user id, password, telephone no and other details such as secret question. Please help me out as it is my important account. my email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com

            I created my email in India, but now I'm currently in USA. I forgot the password to my email, [protected]@rediffmail.com. I recovered and changed it. However, I'm always receiving this message, "Temporary error occurred [#5001], please try again." I think it's because I'm not accessing my account from India. Please help me recover my account

              Hello team, i am trying to activate my rediff mail id which is deactivated.

              But on page where option is present to select "recover mails" or delete mails and activate account is not responsive. I am not able to select the option (Recover account with mail) and unable to go to next page or payment screen. Please help urgently as my fb account linked with this email id has been hacked.

                Customer care for Rediffmail is not available and not supportive in resolving my issues.
                Really worries me abt wat hacker wil do with my information.my alternate email is [protected]@gmail.com.kindly contact me with the details to recover my account.

                  All my important emails related to company has been in that email.the hacker has changed everything from recovery phone number and alternate email id too
                  My social media accounts has also been linked to this account.It really worries me as it contains photos and important details.
                  Don't know what hacker wil up to with my details..
