Hello. I have been using rediffmail for over 15 years. A few months ago when signing in to my account as usual, I was suddenly redirected to a password reset page where I'm being asked to fill in my recovery phone number so a new password will be sent there. But I no longer own that phone, and this the only option I was provided with (no hint questions or recovery email).
The strange thing is that I did not ask for this password reset. I know my password and did not forget it.
So now I cannot access my account, and rediffmail customer service is closed so it seems (?)
Please help me. I don't remember if I had entered hint questions, but please I've the option of an alternative email address so you can direct the new password there.
I don't know why this happened. I didn't ask for a password reset. I did not forget my password. I know it.
Kindly your help. I'm locked out of my account.
