My email id [protected]@rediffmail.com is hacked by someone, my alternative email id and mobile number is changed. Plz help me getting my user account again. My alternative email id is [protected]@gmail.com. thanks

My e mail id account is there but it seems my mobiule number has been changed and password also as i am not able to log in with the same set of lig in id and password and also not able to retrive new password as my mobile number seems to be changed.
and i do not remmber my alternate email id.
kindly resolve

I am using my a/c since 1999, a year before hackers blocked my all banking related e-mails & demanded some amount, i ignored this due to alternate e-mails
Please resolve the issue, as i am unable to receive some important e-mails being old a/c to SBI/HDFC/ IT -department etc.

Rediff shopping supplied me with a defective saree. They took it back but haven't refunded the amount of 998 rupees that it cost.

I have an email ID which I am trying to recover using my alternate email ID both being on rediffmail.
For some reason, I am not getting my password reset link on my alternate email ID when I try the "forgot Passoword" option.

to recover my account rediffmail customer care is asking me details like my address book details, folder names, read emails. The last time I used this ID was like 10 years ago and no one would be able to remember that on the top of his/her head.

I need assistance with this.

questioner to me which was promptly replied but they replied
that details provided were insufficient My requirement is they
please block permanently or temporarily so damage occurs

I was able to access my email ([protected]@rediffmail.com) sometime back which I always logged in on my laptop. now i can't log-in with my password. When I chose forget password, my recovery E-mal address is not the one which I provided to my account.
