I am not able to access my rediffmail account..I am getting the error of "Wrong username and password combination".. But I am very much sure about my username and password as it's my mostly used account.. I guess my account has been hacked.. I am not able to reset the password thru the reset password option as the alternate e-mail ID and phone number displayed is not mine.. My email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com.. Please let me know whats the problem.. I have also tried logging thru the mobile app but getting the same error. I have very important mails in that account.. I am attaching the screenshots for your reference.. Please help me to get out of this problem..

My Account has been hacked. When i try to login it fails with error incorrect password. When i try to retrieve my password or change the options have the alternate email address changed.

My email address [protected]@rediff.com is hacked as i am trying to open this mail, it showed as wrong password and username combinatin. As i tryed to resolve it with new paasword by entering the mobile number and changed it than also it said as wrong paasword.Now i dont know what to do pls resolve this immdiately as it has my mobile number and other important details.

Today morning my Rediff Money site did not responding.My Watch List and Port Folio did not showing any changes. Neither Plus nor Minus in Sensex and Nifty figers.

Yesterday night someone tired hacking my rediff account. Chrome immediately notified me . Hacker changed the alternate email id. i immediately changed the psssword and later logout . Now I tried login in but https://mail.rediff.com/cgi-bin/login.cgi itself is not working and chrome is stating it is not secured site . Kindly look into this matter

Hello. I have been using rediffmail for over 15 years. A few months ago when signing in to my account as usual, I was suddenly redirected to a password reset page where I'm being asked to fill in my recovery phone number so a new password will be sent there. But I no longer own that phone, and this the only option I was provided with (no hint questions or recovery email).

The strange thing is that I did not ask for this password reset. I know my password and did not forget it.

So now I cannot access my account, and rediffmail customer service is closed so it seems (?)

Please help me. I don't remember if I had entered hint questions, but please I've the option of an alternative email address so you can direct the new password there.
