My rediffmail account has been hacked and the hacker changed my alternate email as well as security questions. All my other accounts are linked with that email id. Please help me recover that. I have already submitted a complain before but there has been no action taken. I want to know how long will that take. My email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com

My rediffmail account [protected]@rediffmail.com was hacked on 28/10/2019 at 12:38 PM and an unsolicited email was sent to some [protected]@gmail.com without my authorization or knowledge. I am extremely worried as what further misuse the hackers would subject my email to. Please help me out so such untoward incidents do not happen in the future

My rediffmail account is hacked someone has changed my recovery email and mobile number.

When I am trying to change my password, my mail and number is totally changed. So am not able to reset my password. Can you tell me what are the other ways to reset my password.

My rediffmail account of [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked as the password as been changed as well has the recovery mail and password. The incident has come to my notice this morning as my email account was inaccessible. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and the customer service number is also not available. Immediate action needed.

My rediffmail account is hacker. And all the information like mobile no. Alternative email id and password has been changed. As a result i am not am able to access my mails. Not only that the hacker has send fake mails to all my family and friends which has created lot of problems. Kindly help me to resolve because this is my primary email id from last 25 yes attached to all my important documents.

My email id has been hacked with both password and recovery id changed. When a ticket was raised[protected], their requirement to solve the issue is nothing but a harassment. The account is atleast 10 years old and the support team can very well see the ip which initiated the change and still they do not have a customer friendly way of solving this. They should really learn from other players as to how to run a trustable email service.

Today, 16th Oc'19 I think my rediffmail ID has been hacked, as I am not able to login with my user id and password. Some of my friends called me and said the they received a mail from me i.e not from exact my rediffmail but my login name is correct and instead of rediffmail.com somone used outlook.com after my user name. I was out and when I tried to login my rediffmail its not happening and saying that my username and password are wrong. I tried even forgot password option it asked me alternative email id I did give but it says incorrect. They gave me another option my mothers maiden name. I did give that yet the answer was incorrect.

could you please help me to recover my id at the earliest.

It is to bring to your kind notice that i a am rediffmail user for the last 10+ years. For the last 02 days i am not able to open by mail inspite o[censored]sing my correct user id & password.

When i tried forget your password option, after entering my mail id "[protected]@rediffmail.com", step no.2. Comes
"confirm its you".in this step my alternate mail id and my mobile number is different which is not at all mine, due to which i am not able to proceed for step no. 3 i. E. "get your new password". (Screenshot enclosed).

I request your kindself to kindly look into this matter as i am in doubt that some one has hacked my mail id in which everything has been changed including my security question and help me to retrieve my mail id and password as i had mentioned this particular mail for all my official and personnel use.

My name is ravi vyas i am from india currently based in Ireland, i am an 16 yrs old rediffmail user first time i face the problem where even after putting right answer my password is showing as incorrect on clicking forgot password option it always asked me one and same questn abt maiden name of my mother on putting answer again its showing as wrong i am fed up bcoz of this i am not able to use my most important mail my indian number is [protected] but you can only whats app bcoz im outside india my irish number is [protected].
