"I Had Received Email From [protected]@courrriel.fr.nf on 6th May 2019 someone hacked my account &
Now he has demanded me online money transfer with 48 hrs other wise he will send the video, messages on social networks."
Please Resolve urgently .

I had forgot my password and alternate email id for my rediffmail account. I had tried to get help from rediffmail however thay replied i have to give details about my email address book and last email recieved or sent. I have called rediff several times over the past 2 years nobody is willing to help. I have had a talk with archana and kamlesh but to no avail. Since i am 69 years old it is not possible for me to remember all details asked by them. If i get a link to change password on my alternate email id i would be grateful. I have served the nation.

My mobile phone was robbed on 17 march 2019 and after the incident my rediffmail account [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked and all its data like password, recovery mail and registered phone number has been changed the earlier password was 6 digits the new password is ten digit-ed.
The mail belongs to my firm and contains official emails of some well reputed pharma companies like abbot, lilly, novartis, gsk, sun pharma, bharat biotech and many more

Customer service took few information for verification. After verification, they reset my alternate E-mail I'd and mobile number back to original. Thanks to the rediff team.

Updated by Damanpreet_Kaur I have shared maximum details with Rediff however still the account information has not not been reset yet. If this takes long, the hacker can misuse the information. the alternate no. international code mentioned by the hacker is +93 which is of afghanistan. Please help resolve this asap.

I'm not able to login to my rediff mail ([protected]@rediffmail.com) with correct logon credentials. Whenever i try to logon to rediff mail by clicking on "go" button after entering correct user name and password, the mail page is refreshing without taking me to the mail box.

I tried it with different browsers like chrome, internet explorer, fire fox & opera by clearing cache files and temp files etc., but, it's not working.

Please find attached the screenshots and video for your reference. Note:- video need to be played in vlc player.

I've also contacted rediff customer support via. My other email id ([protected]@gmail.com), but, the response is not encouraging and they didn't find the root cause of the problem so far.

Kindly help me on this issue asap.

My rediffmail id [protected]@rediffmail.com seems to be hacked by some unauthorised person. I am not able to recover the password as the functionality has been disabled by the current user. I am not also to check the recovery through my alternate mail id and mobile number too as the hacker has got it disabled.

Kindky help me to recover my mail id and prevent it from being misused.

My email id [protected]@rediffmail.com is hacked. The password reset options have been changed as well. I need my id back. I'm concerned for my safety. I cannot reset the password. All my social media connected to the this email id has been deactivated. The options available to recover password aren't mine. The email and mobile number isn't what i ever entered. It's all been changed. I'm worried to my bones about the account. Please get my account back or at least get it deactivated completely. I don't want my name and details being misused.
