I booked an order from rediff shopping. Order number is 12373341.it is car hose pipe 20 meter. It was delivered damaged. I sent it back by courier post .this has happened one month back but I did not receive any till now. The courier charges were refunded back but where is the product or the money of around 550 rupees.           Respected sir, I am srinivas rao.I have ordered for two products, car scratch remover (order no.[protected]instead of which a completely destroyed vacuum cleaner has been sent and a 20 feet hose pipe (order no.[protected]which was also broken and I resend i t back. But till now I have not received the replacement. I have been complaining but no response. So please do the needful sir.

            Hi, this is charan I Had made an oredr in Rediff Shopping ( http://shopping.rediff.com/) they had delivered Duplicate, Defective So I want to return the product it was like Hell for return, when I call them they told send photo of invoice
            but there no Invoice send with the product, then I send photo of package( details of order ) I send it for more than 5 times since from 3-days(order delivered on[protected] after making calls to them and struggling,

            once callcenter representative lady told me (on[protected]:21 PM call duration(14:33)) that u will get call back of our representative after 15 minutes some one called me at from these no

                I have ordered a RED colored watch on rediff shopping website on Sep 26, 2015 at 12:04 PM.Order number: 12342978. Complaints regarding the order. 1) Rediff has shipped a GREEN Colored watch instead of the RED colored watch. 2)Delivered to unauthorized person in my absence.Request you to check the identity of the person who has collected the product. 3)When complained regarding the same no steps have been taken to solve the issue.Instead they started lecturing me and started finding fault with me instead of accepting the mistake. Amay was the representative who has questioned my integrity and the reason to order from rediff shopping. Absolute unprofessional behavior and their staff needs a proper training to handle the situations. 4) Lost time money and the whole purpose of ordering the product.The mental trauma i went on during the process of calling them numerous times is measurable. The promised product was not delivered on time and due to this my colleagues have lost respect to me. 5) I urge them to compensate suitably for the same with an amount not less than 8000 INR

                  I bought (20800 mAh Power Bank For Mi Sony Samsung Htc Nokia LG Etc) which was faulty and over rated product. I returned the same through rediff pick up but the amount has not been credited despite repeated follow up and their confirmation on refund. Please help. On 6 October they sent email that amount will be credited in 2-3 working days but it was not done. They provided with message "amount refunded transaction with the RRN ( Retrieval Reference Number ) no. :[protected]." Please help

                    I have ordered a Spy Cam on 11th of September 2015 for my father S.K.Dash at Kharagpur but i have received a defective Spy Camera so i have complained several times as i was told by the company i have send the damaged Spy Button Camera to the seller back My Order No is - # 12228424 and i have spent total 817 for Spy Button Camera + 167 Courier Charges = Total Rs 984. and now they are saying we will refund the 817 only but i was told that we will refund total amount camera money and courier charges. But still they have not even refunded my camera amount. Also when i called them they said we tried to refund the amount on bank account but it was bounced back so we will try to send by cheque which seems to be totally fake commitments. I need my money back with a compensation for mentally harnessing me and wasting my time and have called a lots of time and i have spend a lots of money over phone calls only.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I booked my order for study table with rediff shopping on 12th October 2015 and same time paid amount of Rs. 698/- by credit card. I got message that order is registered and product will get dispatched within 8/10 working days.

                        I got details that My order No. is 12443873 is registered and it will get dispatched. After 10 days I checked online and write mails to Rediff about my product delivery. But no reply from Rediff Side. on 17th Oct, I got message from Rediff that my product will get delivered by 18th Oct 2015.

                        Till today, i.e. 2nd Nov 2015, I am still waiting for my product to be delivered. When I checked today its still showing status as "Awaiting dispatch". From last so many days I am writing mails to rediff about this, but till date there is no reply from there side. I only received automated mail reply from rediff saying "your query will answer within 48 hrs"

                          Hi All, Order Number[protected] Support Ticket Number[protected] I had ordered 2 items as on Sunday the 1st of November, 2015 at around 02:30 pm IST. As soon as the order was approved, I received an automated mail from Rediff Shopping. In this mail, I found that the address was incorrect and therefore I immediately replied back to the mail to their customer care and also called them to cancel the order as the address was incorrect. When I called them, they told me that as it was a non-working day, the order will only be cancelled the next working day and also they arent any managers in the floor. I am surprised to note how can a call center or support center function without any managers on the floor. If this is true... A word of caution to all the customers.. Never buy anything from here as there is no guarantee to any of the products that are purchased online. The analyst who spoke to me told me that I will be given a call back. It is been 24 hours and no one called me till now. I called on Sunday evening, Monday morning, and even Monday afternoon. No reponse at all. The automated ticket that had been raised to cancel the orders is[protected]. No action has been taken on this and I was told that the one of them has been handed over to the courier company as well. Can the management ensure that both of these orders are cancelled ASAP without any further delays as I have reported to cancel within 30 minutes from placing the order both through email and call and if your team did not cancel it... That wouldn't be a miss from the customer's perspective. It is certainly a miss from the support team's perspective. Also, to report that one of the analysts just hung up the phone as he wasn't ready to transfer my call to the manager... If you have employees like this who never transfer the call to the manager, the only option people will have is to reach out to social media to cancel the orders and/or reach the managers and above of a company. Also, a humble request to ensure enough staffing as managers so that such things do not reach consumer complaints and social media going forward. Regards, Vinod. C [protected]@rediffmail.com

                            I have ordered i-Phone 5 on[protected] and paid through my debit card(Syndicate Bank) and today i have received the courier (WOW Express) but i received 2 Soap cakes instead of my i-Phone 5. I am very shocked and horrified and would certainly take this matter to consumer court to bring the culprits to the justice. The photographs of the same are attached for your consideration. I demand a replacement or refund at the earliest. The details of the courier and order are as follows:

                            now I am regularly calling them for the solution but they are making excuses only

                              I have ordered a Armani watch from Rediff shopping, when I use that watch after 4-5 days I realized that the strap lock of that watch is not working properly so i made complaint to rediff shopping because the watch have 2 years vendors warranty. They picked up that item and now it is almost 25 days were gone and I have no information about my product. I am continuously calling to rediff but they are not giving any information about that.

Therefore I m not accepting goods, I request to Rediff Shop & Gift to receive Back the goods in as it is status which was couriered to me. And refund back my payment Rs.440 to my Bank account.

                                  1) I have ordered (Order#[protected] a 16000 mAH power bank through rediff shopping on 23.09.2015. 2) The material has been delivered to me on 28.09.2015. 3) After receiving the item I came to know the product sent by rediffshopping is of wrong rating. They had sent 12000 mAH power bank actually in-place of 16000 mAH power bank. Though documentally it is 16000 mAH. 4) I have mailed the thing on very that day (i.E, on 28.09.2015) with all the evidence (snap of actual received item) to the rediff-shopping customer care. 5) They have replied and also contacted me. They have informed me for reverse pick up of the wrongly supplied item. 6) Reverse pick up had been made on 07.10.2015. 7) Though more than 22 days have been past after the pickup. neither I have received the corrected product nor any despatch details from the courier agency. 8) During the period of reverse pickup and today, I have mailed several to the customer care of rediff shopping. But did not get any satisfactory answer from them. They are telling, item not reached to them. And until they will not get the item they could not despatch the material. 9) I do not understand, on ordering the material it is reached to me on 5'th day. But on reverse pick up from me though more than 22 days have been passed, it is not reached to the seller. 10) I feel to be a cheated one by rediff-shopping. I don't think that they have the intention to send the corrected item. Please help me to get my product from RediffShopping. Thanks & Regards Anjan Datta Mob # [protected]

                                    I have ordered for 1 No JBL Bluetooth Wireless Speaker and paid an amount of Rs.1539/- on 15th of October, 2015. Since they are taking too much time to deliver this item, I have cancelled the order on 21st October, 2015 and requested them to refund my amount. Till now I have not received the refund amount. Whenever I call their customer care, they say that somebody will get in touch with me to update the status . But so far no one has contacted me so far nor received the refund amount of Rs.1539/-

                                      Placed an order for a portable charger via order no. 12252929 in September. The product was defective and asked for an exchange / refund. The company itself recommended refund. It has been a month and a half since I have received the refund back. Inspite of multiple complaints, calls to the customer care centre, there is no resolution and neither are they reverting on the mail for resolution. Disgusting service!! Shame on rediff.com
