Hello

I am unable to open my old emails which are related to 2006-07.

I can see those emails in my inbox but am getting error when i click on them to read.

I have raised a ticker with rediffmail (#[protected] however they are unable to resolve instead they are trying to blame me that i deleted those emails which i have not done.

We can clearly see those emails in inbox but we are unable to open to read them

So i need to know who is that person, and from which location it is done.

This is very bad part on rediffmail.com, as people hack the email account. As not much securities of email account holders.

I purchased 2 nos of 5600mah universal power bank (1+1 no) worth of rs358/-. But they send me old and not in working condition (Scrap)

I have mailed them for return and refund my amount. They arranged for pickup the rejected piece and submitted to the sellers. And gave reply mail on
30.11.18, that you will get the refund with in 8 days. But till date (13 days gone) they did not refund my amount.

They are cheating with their reply mails only.

My sincere request to my friends and relative not to buy any product from rediff shopping.

The hacker is demanding bit coins of 500 dollars.
This is my personal account and the hacker sent a mail from my account itself to prove that my account is hacked
He says my data and contacts would be destroyed. He also mention that he will sent vulgarer message to my contacts and to social sites.
I quickly need help before my access gets stopped and black mailed further...

Order no. 15230733 dtd. 5.11.18 for rs. 570/-
Payment made through debit card at 00:37 hrs. Order was not confirmed immediately, hence I called Mumbai no. and informed them on the same morning and I informed the same matter to bank.Order confirmed through SMS by rediff on 12.11.18 with above mentioned order no. and mentioned likely dispatch on 16.11.18. And postponed to 21.11.18. The order cancelled unilaterally by themselves and mentioned that the refund amount of 570/- initiated. Till date the amount has not reflected at my bank. One Mrs. Akshata from support team is continuously mentioning that the partner has processed the refund successfully and asking me again and again submit my bank statement when i asking about reference number of process. As such, I have to brought this issue into your notice for resolving the matter immediately. I request you verify all my mails and support and customer care as well for reference purpose.
