I'm not able to login to my rediff mail ([protected]@rediffmail.com) with correct logon credentials. Whenever i try to logon to rediff mail by clicking on "go" button after entering correct user name and password, the mail page is refreshing without taking me to the mail box.

I tried it with different browsers like chrome, internet explorer, fire fox & opera by clearing cache files and temp files etc., but, it's not working.

Please find attached the screenshots and video for your reference. Note:- video need to be played in vlc player.

I've also contacted rediff customer support via. My other email id ([protected]@gmail.com), but, the response is not encouraging and they didn't find the root cause of the problem so far.

Kindly help me on this issue asap.

My rediffmail id [protected]@rediffmail.com seems to be hacked by some unauthorised person. I am not able to recover the password as the functionality has been disabled by the current user. I am not also to check the recovery through my alternate mail id and mobile number too as the hacker has got it disabled.

Kindky help me to recover my mail id and prevent it from being misused.

Request you to bring a 24 hrs customer service as these are the important matter and needs immediate attention. What all information can be used by a hacker is uncertain.

My email id [protected]@rediffmail.com is hacked. The password reset options have been changed as well. I need my id back. I'm concerned for my safety. I cannot reset the password. All my social media connected to the this email id has been deactivated. The options available to recover password aren't mine. The email and mobile number isn't what i ever entered. It's all been changed. I'm worried to my bones about the account. Please get my account back or at least get it deactivated completely. I don't want my name and details being misused.

The said account has been hacked & my login password has been changed.
The alternate mail account along with phone number has also been changed so i cannot even reset my password.

I ordered a flash torch light through rediff but received a the product in non working condition. They arranged for pickup of the same and said they will refund the paid amount to my bank account. They forwarded a link for the same and gave conformation on 24th of january 2019. That with in 4 working days they will refund but failed to do so. And could not able to clear till date. And they are not responding to mails also.

My rediffmail email id [protected]@rediffmail.com seems to be hacked. I have been getting emails saying that my account has been hacked. I am unable to access my rediffmail account from last week. The login page takes username and password properly but nothing happens after that, it is showing the processing. And it doesn't go to the inbox or home page.
Please solve my problem because it is my official account and all the mails are here only. If i open rediff in new tab it shows that i have logged in but even from there it is not possible to go to inbox or write a new mail. I tried all the browsers, but it didn't work. I have another rediff account and it opens without any trouble only this account is facing problem.
