Hi, I recently noticed that my rediffmail account "[protected]@rediffmail.com" has been hacked and password not working. When I tried to reset my password it shows different mail id and phone number to send the new password. Please help on getting my account bank. I am holding this account since long days and used this mail id for communication.

My rediff mail account mail id... Kharenandakumar has been hacked. I opened the mail about 1 hour ago. The hacker has threatened asking me to pay 3000 dollars. Name of the person who sent mail was dottie and surname i think was malard or so. I accidently deleted that e mail. Kindly block my account immediately.

Date of my login — 7th october 2018 at about 10.30 pm.
Hacker; some one named dotty and seems to have sent mail to me 6th october 2018 demanding money.
I deleted some mails and accidently including the above mail also. Hacker has changed password immediately, and also set up some g mail account for recovery now which is not accessible to me
I feel that this mail id can be used by some one. So kindly block this mail id.
I am ready to upload my govt. Issued document like voter card or pan card

My rediffmail account...[protected]@rediffmail.com seems to have been hacked. I am not able to open it. When i put it in i get the message that the username does not exist. I have tried it several times and have also attempted the forgot password and forgot username options. None of this is working. I would be grateful if you resolve this issue quickly as many important official mails come to this account.

Today i have received a mail on my rediffmail address ([protected]@rediffmail.com) from a anonymous email id named "arvin shefte"
Surprisingly, password to my email id was in the subject of this hacker's mail.

The mail sent to me is as shown below for reference:

"i'm arvin. I have the recording of your cam which shows your filthy stimulating doings & video you watched on the adult videos because that website had my backdoor hooked up.in the video clip you happen to be appearing stunning.

We have every single of your email also fb contacts because my malware provided me access to them.

I'll email your video to your contacts unless you pay me $2000 via bit coin within the next 36 hours to the below address:

Make sure to copy and paste the address because it is case sensitive.

Once i get the money, i will destroy your video and every other information i have about you.

If i don't get the money, i will send your video to every contact of yours. Consider concerning the awkwardness you will see. Not to forget if you are in an intimate relationship, precisely how it will eventually affect?

If you want proof? Reply"yes", & i will send your recording to six of your e-mail contacts right away.

To avoid further consequences to any of my personal accounts, as a preventive measure i have changed my password for rediffmail and my fb account.

Kindly help me in this situation as this is the first time i have faced it. Guide me with what should be the next course of action. Can i also lodge a complaint in cyber cell?

My rediffmail account has been hacked

It was done earlier also but I used to recover it by alternate email id and phone number.

Now, alternate Email id and phone number has been changed.

I believe it us being done by my former company associate, Rohit Gujarati from Ajanta Packaging, SEZ in Sharjah, UAE.

Due to which I have been facing such uphill task to recover my password seems to be impossible at present.

I want to permanently delete my rediffmail account as soon as possible. I won't be logging in again. Please post me update at my gmail id. The hacker is blackmailng me to reveal my identity. I went through some adult sites few months back. Watched it with my partner. Being this a personal issue. He cracked my id and password from the site and demanding to pay him a huge amount. Though i have deleted his email soon and did not reply. If this is going to happen again then i have to contact cyber crime department as the person is harassing me. So please one and all delete my account so that _ cannot contact me. It is my personal life to do whatever i want to do. He is strictly saying me that he will reveal everything on social accounts. Please help me. Please! I know i didn't do anything wrong. I cannot be more honest. I just visited those websites and nothing else.

Hi kindly help me to get new password as iam unable to open my account, since it asked me to change the to compose mail so i created new password but not able to open my account with new password. I got a call on 3rd july on the behalf of rediff. Mr. Rohit was on the call. He offered that you won a gift of led tv, you have to book an order of 3000/- and pay online, your gift will be confirm on the basis of transaction id of the order. I ordered a mobile phone of rs 3100 abd paid online through bhim app. He told that you will get your order within 5-6 days but i didn't receive yet. Please look into the matter. I have booked the item on 27th june 2018 the given delivery date was 02 july but the order is not dispatched yet have paid full advance payment @ inr 295/-
When i trying to contact them they are not giving any solution saying the order status will update in 24hrs to 48 hrs now today 08 days gone and they still did not sent my order don`t know what to do.

They have wasted my too much time and money.
