I have only these options bcoz i didn't remember where i created this mail id is.
My stock market shares business details have been sent to my rediffmail id only so i want to recover my rediffmail please help me to recover my password.

Password change without any notice to me.
Request made to take necessary action. Nothing happened i want to recovered my password to stop someone trying to do cyber crime. Rediff company not making any steps to increase security of account this result in hacking very easy. Customer care never bother the complaint of customers.
Pliz help me recovered my account.

I am not able to access my old mails in my rediff account form last one year. Everytime when i trying to open the old mails i am getting the error

Your watch as per order no 14552716 is duplicate. No manual. Box unsealed. Please refund or send new piece g shock from casio. The case is packed in thailand. Dial is very crude and almost invisible. Some mode settings for date / day not working. Please oblige and do the needful. As far water resistant and shock proof properties are ; it looks doubtful. Please keep your reputation and do not sell such duplicate products.

One hacked my rediff email id
I am unable to login to my mail account [protected]@rediffmail.com, (In the name of lalit chaudhari).

While log in, i came to know that pass word was reset.in the event of addressing forgot password i noticed that my alternative email & phone no: was also changed by the hacker

Hacker's alternative email id & cell no: appeared in the screen as below:

1. We can send you password reset instructions to your alternate email id a*[protected]@gmail.com

2. We can send you a new one-time use password to your mobile phone 7*96

Even though all the security questions were reset by the hackers.

Therefore it is my humble request to reset my account [protected]@rediffmail.com at the earliest as my other account is also hacked and this rediff id is used as reference id

Because the names of the products are different, i decided to order the remington s2002 ceramic hair straightener as i thought that it is a upgraded product and has better features as compared to remington s2002 hair straightener. You can observe that there is almost the double price difference between the two products.

I received my product on 29.07.2017. When i opened the package, the box was not sealed and the box was not looking in a good condition. I ignored it and opened the product and found that the product also does not look in new condition. I have bought other electrical items earlier and the packaging of a brand new product looks and feel completely different.

Now, another problem arises whereby i find that there is no difference in product at all between remington s2002 ceramic hair straightener and remington s2002 hair straightener. The explanation on your website for both the products is exactly the same. As a customer, i assumed that remington s2002 ceramic hair straightener offers extra features that is why the price is double the remington s2002 hair straightener.

As a customer, i am disappointed because of the confusion and such a misleading information on your website. Kindly clarify the same at your earliest and either exchange the delivered product with the correct product or refund the money.

I had sent you a complaint mail on 01.08.2017 at [protected]@rediff.co.in along with the product photos, but the mail bounced back.

The service and delivery has totaly bad and not so impressive as compare to other online shopping services. Try to improve and do fast your service for helping your business in in onlime market. The products quality has totaly chief and very bad. The prices has good as compare to other online shooping portal, but products and service is bad try to improve it.

I ordered power bank of samsung 25000 mAh. Its order number is 14501875. Firstly it was very much delayed. I got it after 15 days from date of ordered. and when I got that power bank on 27 july, it is broken form side and because of that i can not attach cable to power bank so it is not working.. I want to return it i want replacement of it... Please reply.

I need to view again the mails received by me from [protected]@icicibank, com on 04 june 2017 as there had been several unauthorised foreign transactions within a few minutes before the bank blocked my card. I am unable to view those mails. I had submitted necessary forms to the bank then. Now, they say that their claim is rejected and are trying again. I suspect an insider hand in the fraud and wish to file an fir at the powai police station. So details of time span within which many uses were recorded need to be reported. The trash folder is not giving any information of last month.

Iphone 5s mobile defective product was delivered and they kept the product at about one month and after repairing it is not working. So i want my money back and also compensation which i have lost suffer...

I had ordered iphone 5 16gb black by rediff.com
Following are the problem i had suffered

1 as ordered a 16 gb iphone 5 black i received a phone white in colour with mentioning a black colour however i compromised with colour.

2 i had purchased phone on 18/03/17
Used on 4/04/17 observed defect on and mailed to rediff.com on 11/04/17 they picked product on 17/04/17 and returned it on 05/05/17 with same status.

After problem persist i complained it again on 21/08/17 they picked product on 07/07/17 and returned the same product on 19/07/17.

As i have communicated on mail with the rediff team and having 53 mail through and fro communication now company is denying to solve my problem and stating the item excluded the warranty period.

Now require help to fix my problem

I bought a watch from rediff shobypping on 16/05/2017 cash on delivery basis order no 25592952 for an amount of rs 3049+49 shipping. Rediff send a low quality watch after 10 day's. I requested them change the wrong item and send me original order. They agreed and took the wrong item. After then they cancelled my order without my concern. Then i claim refund amount from the 1st week of june 2017. Till now they did not refund money and create new story every day.

I was purchase a wrist watch from rediff shopping on 16/05/2017order no. 25592952 an amount of rs. 3049 + 49 (Shipping). They send a below quality (Wrong item) watch on 23.05.2017. I was request them change the item and send original order goods. After three days rediff return the wrong item but not send original goods, after then they was canceled my order. But not send refund amount still now. I was contract the authority of rediff shopping by email and telephone in several time, but no solution done by their end.

I want my money back

I am unable to search/load/view any emails before 2011. It is showing technical issues in loading the email.

I am using rediffmail since 2004. I need emails between[protected]. There are important documents.

In addition, does not allow me to put an auto forward stating no email included for that.
