I had ordered for 1 set (02 items) of solar lamp on 7 sep 16. I had received the items just a while ago. When opened, the parts were found broken n will be of no use to me. I contacted the delivery guy (Velex pvt ltd - [protected]) and the sender (Mr manju gupta - [protected]) on phone. But both of them had declined to take the responsibility of the broken items. The way items were packed was also not good at all for electronic items. That seems to be one of the main reason the items were damaged. Mr manju gupta didn't picked up the call again. I want to replace the items or re-imburse the money. Please advice

Much time has passed but still product not delivered.
Customer delight center showing status "ready to dispatch" from last 11 days.
On customer care, executives are saying that the product has been dispatched but unable to provide courier details from last 11 days.
I am requesting to customer care to cancel my order and refund my money. But they are saying that the product will come to your address and if you do not accept the only we can cancel and refund your money.
But they don't having correct tracking of courier.
This is happening from last 11 days but no satisfactory answer received from rediff shopping.
If i don't received the product till 16.09.2016 then the order must be cancel and refund my money.
This is worst expiring in online shopping in my life.

I was ordered Maxima Ego analog white dial men's watch -E-20880I-inst from rediff shopping amount of Rs.649 + 49 ( shipping charges ) on dated 27th august 2016 they delivered me Maxima Elegant Signature Watch amount of Rs.299 + 50 ( shipping charges ) on dated 06 Sept. 2016.
I complained this issue with rediff shopping many times but they are saying that the product which you have received is the same product which you have selected while placing the Order.
But actually there is huge difference in both product.
Rediff shopping failed in resolve my issue, hope consumer complaints will help as soon as possible.
Please take some action too stop online shopping fraud.

and it is a duplicate product, and on the product page it is marketed as samsung hands free. when i have contact with rediff they are saying it is the same thing that you have purchased.

Resolution Needed.

1) Full refund including shipping, because nobody interested or intended to purchase duplicate.
2)Take action against rediff for this act, because Rediff is promoting duplicate business online, I am a seller i know without bill and authorization nobody can sell samsung product. Rediff is either not following rules or supporting duplicate and cheating customers and reply badly for harassment.
3)This is the message on product page.

This is a manipulated language and using English in such a way to cheat the customers. And Rediff is approving this language as product page is published.

Ask seller and Rediff to clearly wright ""This is not a samsung product it is a duplicate or fake product, if you buy you are agree to purchase duplicate product.""

I have Online purchases Nokia 230 mobile from rediffmail shopping but they side sent duplicate mobile. At time product receive I remember this product are duplicate I am calling for rediffmail customer service centers but they side no response me. I am calling [protected] many times for my problem but they side ignored me and no callback and not giving this order. So I request you solve this issue at our level. I have attached mobile bill copy and mobile photos.

With reference to order no.13723303 i have booked a request to return back (Vide tkt no[protected] the defective article. Reasons for returning is :
1. There is a clear and unmistakable dent/wrinkle below the upsole of the right shoe
2. The upper cloth portion of the shoe has been very shoddily afffixed to the sole, midsole and upsole and there are gum resins to show for it

All in all it doesnt look like an authentic nike product

Till date i have followed up atleast 7-8 times, also have contacted the customer care executive once, but the request has neither been reverted nor attended so far. Request to take up the matter & arrange refund of the money at an very earliest. Photos of the defects attached

We have received green berry mobile on 31/08/2016 and i find when i installing any apps its showing internal memory full but system is showing 8 gb memory is free and also ram is showing 128 mb in the mobile kindly let me what are wrong in this mobile if we have any service center no. Please share the details of those number and nearby srvice center at jharkhand and around the india please share the address with phone number for service

Rediff shopping has extremely bad return policy, please beware before buying anything from Rediff shopping. I had bought a pair of shoes which was not as per size written (size 8, but actually size 6 and so narrow that you cannot put your foot inside. I asked for refund, but there was no response from them for two days. Then when I called them up, they told me to courier it to the vendor (shoe manufacturer) i.e. they did not take any responsibility of picking up the product. The below are excerpts of the mail they sent me.

"We request you to kindly send the item back to our seller within 5 to 6 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.

- Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
- Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit."

"**If the courier charge exceeds Rs 250 the same shall not be reimbursed hence we would request you to intimate us before you send across the product**"

Nowhere is it mentioned in the returns policy that customer has to take the responsibility of sending back the product, and then wait for refund.Also, if the courier charge is more than Rs. 250, they would not reimburse you.

My order ID is 13760510, and I expect to hear back from rediff shopping soon.

Your product is useless not gud quality soo plz refund my money and replace it not working properly i requested to replace it then they and me vender mobile no. But it was switch off. I m very irritated from it so plz looks my problem n resolve it as soon as possible... Otherwise i go to consumer courtsupport...

I had placed an order for shirts as per first attachment for six shirts with different colors and TANGY brand but unfortunately after accepting delivery and upon opening of parcel to my shock and surprise the delivery was as per second and third attachment containing all black shirts of same pattern .

I had placed an order for kitchen scales on 27.8.16 (order No.[protected] and paid Rs. 1518.00 online for the same. I received confirmation by email and sms confirming delivery by 31.8.16. As I have not received my order yesterday, I wish to know when should I expect it. If you cannot deliver the same, kindly return the amount back to me. I am using rediffmail.com from last 12 years.By mistake my personal folder has been deleted on 22.08.2016 between 6:40pm to 7:10pm . folder name was CV . please recover my personal folder as early as possible.In personal folder my very important data was there. The customer service is very very worst in this rediff shopping. My order number is 13660550. I have received the product before 3 weeks before but still they didn't responsed to my defective product that they have delivered to me still now. When i try to call the customer call they are not ata ll responding and they are extending the time limit. I had ordered for a rakhi and a box of sweet to be delivered to usa. However the sweets never got delivered. On talking to customer care, i was asked to mail them which i did but there was no response. After the occasion was over and there was still no response from them, i asked for a refund. There has been no revert to the same except for auto generated mail stating that they will look into the problem. The product was booked on august 7th and received in usa by 15th. Rakhi was on 18th and it's been two days since.
