i have not my mail password . when i will put the knowns for foget password its not match . please send me my password to my mobile no ([protected]).

Recently, i have purchased motog 3rd generation mobile set. Box containing phone was not having original seal. Body of the phone was partially opened condition.Inside the box, there is a stamp of quality checked-ok. This type of stamping is not done by the manufacturer. So, they have sent me refurbished mobile which they have sold as new one and taken money as new mobile (Rs. 11, 048/-).
Immediately, after receive of the set, same day, i raised compliant on 8th july' 2016 having ticket #[protected].
Without getting any reply, i have telephoned to customer care and they reply that my mail is forwarded to the supplier (Vendor), m. N. V. Corporation.

On 13th july, mr. Manoj bhatia of mnv corporation shop no 273, first floor, raghuleela megamall, behind poisar bus depot, kandivali (West) mumbai - 400067 replied that phone was despatched with original seal and during packing or transit, it might have tampered.

Now, my point is that i am not concerned about who has done it or phone originally itself was refurbished one! When, i have paid money as new set, then i should get new mobile which must have original seal & body of the phone also should not have half opened.

I am sure that phone is a refurbished one but they have charged money as new one.

Now, i want to return the phone and get back paid money of rs. 11, 048/-.

Rediff shopping is not responding properly.

The rediff shopping customer care toll free numbers and other numbers not working. But I loage my complain online same day of delivery . But no processing is being done by Rediff shopping team members. I wish to return the amount back / replace the product.

I was sent a consignment by infibeam vide their delivery partner delhivery with tracking no.[protected] against infibeam order 28401141 and i received an sms on my mobile [protected] on 18/06/2016 accordingly. however, the courier never delivered it to me but i received another sms from td-infibm that item is delivered on 22/06/2016. i have taken up the matter with delhivery and they have not, till date could provide me with the proof of delivery, neither attempted to mitigate the issue despite multiple emails to them.
In view of above i request you to blacklist this courier and intimate me of your action.

This product is out of order and not functioning.The supplier packed and send the product without testing.please replace and if better quality is available in higher price pl. send and I want to return the product and replace the same .I am a regular costumer but the products supplied by the company are below standard. Regarding the refund of my order#13502434,
The RRN number Rediff customer care gave was - GSMP[protected] but is being showed as "Invalid" by my nearest bank branch officials..The customer care said that the refund was done on 27th june at 3:56 pm but Its clear now they were lying & had given fake RRN Number to befool me...

Me & My relatives including my maternal uncle are now planning to take a strict legal action action this fraudster rediff company..We have consulted a lawyer regarding this matter & are now giving the final thurst to our mission of dismantling these looters once & for all!!

I placed a order in Rediff.com No. 13501371 for a KRISONS SEMI PORTABLE SPEAKER ON 15-JUNE 2016.

Till date I have no clue?

Neither do I have an update on product nor the Refund?

I have been writing to them for the last two weeks, but none of mails get heard. Now I get another surprise via email that the product is delivered!

With reference to Order# 13480886. This has been the worst experience on Rediff shopping (Supplier Ravalgaon).This was said to be delivered within 5 to 8 working days. From day one your website shows status as "Ready to dispatch". Its been 12 days and still the status is the same. I am not sure if Ravalgaon is shipping it from Mars or Venus. I have emailed Rediff several time and only 1 response which says "It will be delivered on time". After that no followup no emails! And this was last week!

Thanks for the worst experience ever! Your customer service is the worst of all. No response and one response was utterly Useless!.

i am jayalakshmi. i have forgotten the password to my email id jlnair.[protected]@rediffmail.com.
i had opened this mail id in 2015,
i am unable to answer the hit questions in forgot password option.
this is my official mail id and hence very important.
i was directly accessing it through my smart phone where password was set by default.
my phone had to be reset due to some technical problems, which ultimately lead to ME UNABLE TO LOGIN SINCE A LONG TIME.

KINDLY SEND THE PASSWORD TO MY ALTERNATIVE E MAIL ID WHICH I HAVE CREATED 2 MONTHS BACK.

The product which i have ordered is not as same which i have received. I am attaching you the pics of the received products and the product which i have seen on website. Kindly get on my issue asap and i am not going to contact the vendor because this is not my responsibility. You have to solve this issue from you end. The color, size are different contact to the vendor about this and PFA.

This was my first experince with you and i dont want it to be worst, looking for a positive reply from your end.

My rediff mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked on last saturday.my facebook is also attached to it. facebbok id also had been hacked earlier .i m unable to access my both accounts .hacker has also changed.my password.if i m trying to recover my password.it is showing to try after 24 months.my mail id contains lot of confidential data.kindly help me to recover it.

I ordered a flip case for nokia asha 501 on 23 may, 2016, paid through sbi debit card. Today it is 31 may. Till now the order status is "awaiting dispatch". But the product was promised to be delivered by 7 days from date of order. I complained through multiple tickets, but each time they are begging for 24-48 hrs to follow it up. If i am trying to recover, alternate email has change earlier it was [protected]@gmail.com knw it was showing 1*[protected]@gmail.com means some charector is change, if going to phone no.[protected] it change to 7*72, i. E first n between charector change, same with security question, i am govt employee and anyone can missuse my id, so please do need full soon

Rediff doesn't have any mechanism to take feedback from the customer about the product or seller, but is you see they are still giving ratings on their own to fool people. The seller i bought from has a rating of 4.5/5 though i cannot rate him after the purchase.

I am not able to open my email account after changing password. It says authentication failed.I am trying to sign in but not getting in. I have changed some keys and after that it started asking for password before sending each mail. After that it did not sign in. Kindly help urgently as I get so many emails everyday and hope I will regain my account. This is really very important as I am using this account for so long.I have changed password and after that it started creating problems.now I am unable to even open it.
