    Email content missing after re-activation of my old email

    I needed to access some old emails from rediffmail, so I reactivated this account recently after paying them the fees (as I had not used rediffmail for a long while).

    But I've noticed now that the contents of the old emails whichever had attachments are not available (cannot see the contents, recipients & dates / only subject can be seen).

    Please help me recover the email contents, as I need to find some data...

    Hello, I created my Rediffmail account in 2017, and now it has been hacked. Email id - [protected]@rediffmail.com.

    The recovery email, and phone number linked have been changed by the hacker, and now I can't login into my account. Please resolve this issue at the earliest and do the needful.

      [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked and the hacker has changed my recovery email address, phone number and all other information. I am unable to login since last 6 months.
      Need to gain access back to my account asap as my rediffmail account is linked to several other accounts.
      Please treat this as extremely urgent and provide immediate help.

            Earlier lastmonth someone gained access to my email and had changed my fb account primary email to some other, I immediately changed over the password and now am unable to login . Please look on and help me .

                Dear sir, it is more than a month since I have lodged complaints against this company for Not Stopping Sending Newsletter. And two months since I contacted this company for unsubscribing me from their newsletter. But this company despite ack my, mails has not taken any action. Now even after taking up the matter with you this inhuman coy has not stopped SPAMMING.

                  Reactivation of my old email id

                  I needed to access some old emails, so I tried to login to my rediffmail, which I have not used for a while.
                  Then rediffmail said my account was suspended, because of inactivity.
                  And there was an option to pay rs235 for reactivation, and I made the payment, since I needed some old emails.

                  But even after I paid the fee for reactivation, my account was still not accessible.
                  Please help me....

                      Unable to access my email

                      I am not able to access my rediffmail account.I am getting the error of wrong password or wrong username..but I am very sure about my username and password as it's my most used account.i didn't find any details about password recovery as it gives the message that the account does not exist..my email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com..please let me know what's the problem..I have crucial emails in that account..please help me to get out of this...

                        I can open rediff main page but since yesterday am unable to open rediff e mail .
                        The task Bar stops less than 1/4th way up and e mail does not open.

                          Dear sir, i have been subjected to continuous unabated SPAMMING by this company despite unsubscribing fro their newsletter. I am shocked to see the totally unresponsive behaviour of this company. i have tried sending emails to their customer care and each time a ticket no is allotted but no action is being taken.
                          lodging complaints with you has not helped. how to take such companies to court.
