I had ordered a magic bullet mixer grinder of Rs. 2398 on 29th july, 2015. Firstly the product was not delivered within the promised period. To top it up, the courier guy demanded money for the prepaid order. I had paid by debit card. He did not give the product to me. I had complained about it on that same day i.e. 12th august, 2015. Till now I have not got any fruitful reply from the company. And no detail has been provided to me for the refund of the money.

The product i have got is not as good as i ordered in rediff.com. I got wrong size and different colors as shown in rediff.I am totally disappointed with the product and the rediff shopping and the product quality is also not as good as shown in rediff. if you didn't have the product exact colors and size so you should've mentioned it on the rediff shopping site. Rediff assured the 7 days Return & Refund Policy. so please refund my entire amount soon. thank you

To test credibility of Rediff i purchased one Power Bank with order no.11986827. They sent me defective material is not at all charging and not switching on too, Even they are not sent product leaflet in english/indian local languages. for that i complained but are replying us to roam around courier centers, My ? is what wrong them to collect their defective material from their courier service and deliver working one or to repayment. I wish Rediff may dont have ethics and responsibility for that all consumers who fed up with their service should complaint in Customer court with highest compensation, we need to request court for the time and mental tension what we undergoing from rediff. Dear Sir, I have placed an order for supply of an Hiking polo to gift my aged father through Rediff Shop Support vide Order No 11842974 . However the product was received in broken condition during mid july but after lodging the complain till date neither the product is replaced not the money is refund to me.

Hi, I am from Senthil Kumar from Chennai. I ordered "Stylox Set of 3 Denims 32" on 2nd August 2015 in Rediff Shopping Website. It is a set of 3 jeans pant. In 'Description' seller mentioned the product will be in good quality and looks stylish. I received the product on 6th August 2015. I found one pant is different in colour from the image they showed on their website and one pant is not in correct size. Also the quality of the product is not good and it doesn't looks stylish. Immediately I called customer care and complained about this, they told me to send a mail to their customer care id about the complaint. I sent a mail and complained about the product and requested for refund. After 1 day I received a mail with complaint Ticket No[protected] and stated ""We are working towards responding to your email, your query/ complaint will be addressed at the earliest by Rediff Shop support team"". After that there is no response from them. I called customer care again they " we are working on this ". Please take serious action on this. Seller is DEALS FIVE.
