    The hacker has changed alternate email id and phone number so I am unable to reset password

      It seems my rediffmail email id has been hacked.it showing password is incorrect but iam sure it is correct.when change to password all alternate details are showing incorrect

        At the time of login showing incorrect id password when we try to change password the showing incorrect alternate number and mail.id
        I am using rediffmail since 2000..
        Pls help to remove the error asap

          My email address [protected]@rediffmail.com is hacked. and hacker has changed the altenate email and mobile number also hence am not able to reset password for that account. I have used same email account for my facebook login. hence I afraid that Hacker will hack my facebook account too.

                Hi, I am Gopalan from Trichy. My email account of mine with RediffMail.com which is [protected]@rediffmail.com has become inaccessible for past couple of days. If I tried to use the forgot password it is showing some recovery email such as "s**********[protected]@tmpbox.net" and no option to give mobile number which is in not recognisable alternate email id. Could you assist in recovering my email address. My alternative email is [protected]@gmail.com.

                  Sir/ Madam,

                  My email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com and using for last so many years.

                  I hv not forgotten my login p/w but when i try to login it shows me wrong username and password combination.

                  I try to reset by using forgot password option, but don't received OTP, and says wrong phone number where as mobile number is correct [protected].

                  I think may be my email account is hacked, i don't know.

                  Please help to recover my same email ID.

                    I have a mail account with rediff.com since the past 18 years. I have not been able to access my account for the past 3 days. There appears to be a server issue which needs to be resolved by the service provider expeditiously as important work is suffering. The site is just not opening

                          request you to bring a 24 hrs customer service as these are the important matter and needs immediate attentions. What all information can be used by hacker is uncertain.

                                      Unable to login since 5 days despite several attempts with the correct login id and the correct password. rather i tried to recover mail id and password where it was a succesfull atempt. i am Getting the same message as 'Temporary Issue.
