I purchased Samsung Mobile Gt E1200 from online website of rediff shopping on 21 Aug 2014 against order no. 10295164.The product was dispatched by M/s Nitin Traders a partner of Rediff shopping.The product was not working and I tried to contact the customer care but there was no reply.After that I went to samsung service center with the mobile phone, were I was told that the mobile is not original samsung Mobile phone and it is a duplicate product. This type of fraud practices are not acceptable from a reputed company and hence it is requested to kindly replace the product or refund the amount which ever possible at the earliest. Piyush Rai

    I have purchased a V-Gaurd Stabilizer VM 500, with the order number 10321166 for Rs.2564.The vendor has sent the broken product.I sent a mail to rediff.com customer care.They have asked me to submit a photo of the broken stabilizer in response to the first mail.Again they asked me to return the product through a courier and they are ready to bear the service charges in the second mail.Now their third mail says that i should contact the vendor AGGARWAL ELECTRIC SALES, B-5/165 Sector-5 Rohini Delhi-110085 INDIA.The product was ordered on 26/08/14 and was delivered on 5/09/2014.

      I bought crompton water storage from online store rediff shopping in october 2013 and I received product of remson which is different company. i am complaining since long time but i am not getting satisfactory reply and now they just told me that they cant help me in that as its a long time. but i am complaining since long time and ihave all mails sent to them. so help me in this.

          Sunglass is broken, all items are of poor quality. Small wallet, currency notes comes out of it. I'm confused watch is for men or kids? Because strap is small in length. Kindly refund the full amount 633 n take back the product. Planned to give these items to surprise other on their birthday but the products surprised me!!

                    Dear all online shoppers, Please never shop from rediff - Slowest Delivery time : I paid for an order on 7 Sep 2013 and till date (13 Sep) the order status on their customerdelight link (should be customer PAIN) shows "Ready to ship". 6 days and still ready to ship. - Worst Customer Care : The number is toll free and there anything good related to their customer service ends. a) Wait time easily crosses 10 minutes irrespective of the time you call (read complaints of other customers also). b) then most of the times the person who picks asks for the order number and the call goes dead - Miserable Call centre reps : Incidentally today i got a call back from a Mumbai number and he had details of my order, which was good, but to my shock he claims the order has been shipped. On stating your customerpain link still claims "Ready to Ship" he said it might be a technical error.                         I have ordered an power cable through rediff shopping site on 25th of August. It was informed that the item will be received within 2 - 3 days. But unfortunately it took them more than 2 weeks to send it to me, I got it on 8th September . I had to make several calls and speak to their untrained and unprofessional customer care executives. They promised me that the item will be delivered quickly, but that remained only a false promise.To top this all, finally their website and customer care executive stated, that they had delivered the item me on 08/09/2014 05:26 PM, even before I had a received it.I received a call from the bluedart delivery man around 7:15 pm and received it after almost 2 hours to all this ruckus Best part is that they have delivered a broken product. I have made several complain on sub order which was defective, and sent really late (when I did not even require it) .After today`s complain(09/9/2014) and sending a complain mail on [protected]@rediff.co.in, I have wasted my time, money and effort in a useless service. This is the most unprofessional and unfair company, who don't know how to deal with consumers I never had such an experience from other shopping site. All other shopping sites deliver the item before the committed delivery time and in good health.But I'm fed up with this rediff online shopping and I wont suggest anyone to go to their website to make any purchase.                           Hi, I have purchased a power bank from rediff online shopping. The item i was received is damaged and i have mentioned the same to customer care to replace or return back the money. Its more than a week and they didnt respond yet. I have called nearly three times and every time they are telling they will respond in 24 hrs. I have mailed thrice to rediff online shopping, even there i didnt get response. I have done online shopping in almost all sites. But first time I'm fed up with this rediff online shopping and i'll not do anymore and even wont suggest anyone to do there.                                   Dear Friends, I ordered of a product on 9th aug 2014 to gift my wife as her birthday was on aug 16th, They didn't delivered and not even informed till 27th of aug, So I just called them and made that order cancel to reorder two products as my mother's birthday is today(2nd sep 2014) so that atleast I can gift my wife and my mother at the same date. Fortunately I got the products this time but from that one product is not working so I sent the mail but they didn't responded, I called them after 30 mins on person answered the call and with in 40 sec that call got disconnected and then I have called again it took 28 mins and they answered the call taken the compliant saying that with in 6-7 working days you will get a voucher so that you can order it and they said that after you receive the voucher you order us it might take another 6-7 working days to get the product. Dear friends you just observe this day is how important to me in one hand my mother's birthday I have to gift her but as it is not working I cannot give it to her in other hand my wife's birthday was already finished on aug 16th. This is very worst, ridiculous situation in my life. I request you please don't buy any thing from rediff shopping online store they are saying it is India's no 1 shopping site but it is killing Indian value.

                                      I bought Used Nokia E63 from rediff shopping on July 28. After receiving the product on 2nd Aug I locked a complain. MNV collection from Mumbai was the sellor. Before buying they told the mobile was only one year old. So I paid 4100 rs for it. After receiving it I found out it was far more older than that and having various issues for example: charging port problem, one side few cover are broken and missing, sound problem, battery is going to expire soon. Jus repairing would cost 2000 rs.Rediff shopping customer service harassed me for few weeks. Every time they tell that they will arrange pick up. Nothing happened for a month. I have called 20 times ant send mail at least 10 times attaching the photos. They call you back with in minutes when you want to buy a new product but about return and refund the tactically try to avoid for long time till you lose all patience. After telling that I am going to write in coustomer court, they send a mail saying to either to make a deal with the seller directly or send the product on my own to the seller to get a replacement. they wont arrange reverse pick up. After geiing disgusted I decided to take a compensation of 800 rs from the seller and repair the product. I has been two weeks. I have repaired the product but have not got the money from the seller. My honest suggestion: DO NOT BUY REDIFF SHOPPING. They pursue you in all possible way to shop from their website. It is a disgusting money making company who does not care about customer satisfaction. Everything is fake. You will be far more satisfied to buy from other places.
