I had bought nokia stereo bluetooth headset bh-503 from online shopping in rediff shopping .

The good i got delivered is of poor in quality and the charger which should be original is also a duplicate according to my knowledge.

Now the bluetooth headset is not working and i had filed a complaint by mail to customer support of rediff shopping but i got no response from them.I called to customer care a lot of times...
