The order number: 10144789 was partially delivered and two kids rakhi was missing.I have made full payment of 479 rs which includes 4 rakhi with some other items .Actaull product price was 300 and after adding two extra rakhi it comes around 479 but 2 rakhi was missing when it delivered.I hav complain but they are saying they will give voucher of 150 which can be redeemed in next purchase but i do no want to waste my money again.Not trustworthy retail shop.

    Hi, I have purchased a VOX Rechargeable Pedestal Fan Order No 9616076 from Rediff Shopping a online shopping site. I received it on 9th may 2014. At the starting fan took charge around 8hrs, 1 day and then after, it worked 4 to 5hrs, but after 2 months of purchase now the battery not working properly, it took charging around whole day but no back up even one hour. Also, at the starting charging light blinking red continuously at the time of charging but now it is not blinking continuously when charging strated and as earlier showed a green light after full charge, now no green light blinking even around whole day charging.       I have orderered One Mont Blanc pen vide Order No. 10165452 on 2nd Aug' 2014 at a price of Rs.2, 328/- with Rediff shopping which was delivered at my address. But the order did not prove to be satisfactory as the same product is available at shop clues at a discount of more than 70% i.e. at a price of Rs.717/-. I am attaching the copy of order of the mail and the product ordered through Shop clues which is the same product as delivered by Rediff Shopping. Rediff shopping is cheating the customers and I want to return the product immediately.

          Hello sir My order no. 101548O. I have ordered woodland wallet from shoprediff.com on 3 august 2014 they sent me the product when i open the package i found a duplicate of woodland wallet with name"woolaend".Then i call to the toll free no. Of shoprediff.com they said me To Send a email to the customer delight center with pics of wallet.On the same day i sent the mail to their customer delight center but they did not reply again i call to shop rediff they said they will contact me in next 28h tO 48h but they didn't reply.             Hi, I had ordered Chapati Maker order num 10040275 on 13th of july and got it delivered to my address. But it was found that the order that i recieved was a defective piece and was not functioning. I contatcted customer support ppl to address the issue but all in vain. Every time i used to wait 20 min to get the call connected and after that they used to give reasons saying someone will come and collect the product from me within 7 days.. till now no one has turned down to collect the product. Its been more than a month now and customer support people have not bothered to take any action. I need immediate action on this one and my money to be refunded. And also i will recommend this shopping centre to be blacklisted in my present organization. Regards, Ram [protected]

            One of the worst shopping site i have ever come across. Just for the sake of making money these ppl have tied up with crap vendors to get the product delivered, this site should be banned from govt. I am gonna file a case against this.

                  this is the worst online shopping site.They told they is a refund policy 7 days but customercare people never attends the call.They sent me a fake product

                      I placed an order no. 10081340 on rediffshopping on 21/07/14 which was placed for one item Mee Mee Mattress Set With Mosquito Net for Rs. 874.00 and payment of Rs724was made after using redeem coupon by SBI online banking. But on[protected] I received the one different item. I immediately contacted their customer support telephonically and a complaint was raised vide ticket No.[protected]. Its been a week, and they have given me no response. No reply to emails. No one picks call. This is a case of willful cheating. .

                        Dear Sir/Madam This is Manoj Kumar Gupta from Patna Bihar. I have a complain against Rediff Shopping for Refunding of Pay Order Amount Rs. 4, 678/-. I was purchased online on COD a Tablet Phone from Rediff Shopping (VOX 7inch Calling Tablet Cum Laptop V101 with Keyboard) on 10th April 2014. I was also received this product on 14th April 2014. After day this product was defeat. I was contacting to Rediff Shopping Customer Care & Informed complain on date on 15-April-2014 of this problem, Customer Care was said, "Return this product along with all original pack material to Rediff Shopping. I was sent this product via FLYKING Courier & POD No is[protected] as on 23-April-2014. After a week, again contact to Customer Care, Customer Care was said " Your Refunding Amount will release via Pay Order. Todays are 4 months passed, Still not refund my refunding amount, Customer care always said takes 7 working days. I am contacting 35 times contacted but all conversation in saying takes times. I am lost three month after return original product and still customer care said take more time. I am 31 times sending mail regarding this matter & 35 times calling to Rediff Shopping Customer Care. Please Takes Important Step to illgal action to Rediff Shop & Relief me very shortly. As Soon As Possible. Because I am student & I am belonging from lower class family.                           I have ordered a small baby bed for my nephew. First they sent me the wrong Product after 15 days of order and than I send it back so that I can get the new one but till date its almost 2 months have passed but I havnt got the Product. The vendor name and number is on the site I tried calling them for minimum of 50 time but not a single call was answered and not a single email replied. I would say it was the worst experience ever and I have lost trust from online shopping through Rediff Shopping this would be my first and last transaction with Rediff Shopping. The worst vendor and the Worst online shopping site to deal with in India. This site is full with the vendors that are just there to Korn you. Please never evver deal on this site.

                            I ordered a Chi Morning Walker Jogger from Rediff.On receiving it I have found it to be broken and lodged a complain to replace the damaged product.Even the company name(Chi) which was printed on the machine was not present. My order id is 10068576.I was conveyed that it will be taken care of shortly. However, no one has bothered to contact me.I have only got misleading information from the customer care, where one has to hold on to the phone for ages before someone picks it up.They have been saying that i will get a mail within the next 24 hrs ever since the day I lodged the complaint, but no proper response has come. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer and I can say that the service of Rediff is pathetic.

                              i have ordered for a combo pack of 3 engage deo spray's of 3 different flavors, but when i received the product on 16th june 2014 it was not the same one i ordered for and also it was being damaged completly and the liquid of the spray being spilled all over the package. i gave a complaint to refund my product but til date i din't receive any response from their side.

                                I have received this product damaged as attached image and have raised a complaints for the same with above mentioned Ticked #. Rediff assured the pick up of the damaged product and replacement however, they have failed to establish a proper communication with Aramex to arrange a pick u as a result I am unable to utilize the product tho payment is made. Moreover, recently they went irresponsive and not answer any of my emails # mentioned are incorrect. Worst part is number left by Aramex is also useless as it doesn't end up in conversation.
                                - Please help.

                                      Dear Sir/Mam, As I would like to inform you that I Paritosh Jaiswal as a regular user from past 8 to 10 Year user of the service provider naming a REDIFFMAIL facing a major problem from past 17 days where i am not able to get delete some non-sense mail which is already available in my mail in which I have also informed on following mail id {[protected]@rediff.co.in} & <[protected]@rediff-inc.com> on dated Wednesday, July 09, 2014 10:31 PM from the same mail where I received a mail from their side on dated Thursday, July 10, 2014 09:08 PM where they make me demand of following things:- {A}The URL visible in the address bar of the browser, after opening/clicking that particular mail:-http://f5mail.rediff.com/ajaxprism/maillist {B}screen shot of the page. As I would like to inform you that I have send both of the demand regarding from the same mail on 9th July, 10th July and on 15th July, but till the date have been passed but the company is not taking my matter into serious. This is not the end of my mail but also I would like to inform you that my entire important official mail got deleted automatically due to having an error problem into my mail and also I am not able to get received my different important official mail through the same mail id which is" jai.[protected]@rediffmail.com" due to which I am facing a different major problems, still the top level management is not hearing my problems they are just avoiding my mails and my entire problem. I am facing a major problems I am having a monetary loss under such a condition who will, be the responsible for that. So, hereby I request you to take an strict action company.
